In a central, busy, sunny position, in the heart of the city, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach, east facing position. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-22:00). Unconventional pool shape. WC in the pool area. In the complex: lounge, sauna, fitness room, in summer, use of sauna is included, in winter, use of sauna is included, lift, storage room for bicycles. Communal covered parking. Shop, supermarket 20 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, café 40 m, pedestrian zone, pub garden 50 m, bus stop "Linea 79" 150 m, sandy beach 300 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, sports centre 1.5 km. Op het appartement op zich waren wij zeer tevredenBalkon op het noord oosten waren wij teleurgesteld dat er geen enkele zonnestraal op het balkon scheenEr werd niet vermeld in de omschrijving dat het balkon uitzicht en herrie op een schoolplein bood

Het appartementen complex is bijzonder goed onderhouden. Alles wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Het appartement zelf is vam alle gemakken voorzien en voelt als thuis. Vam vaatwasser tot stofzuiger, alles is aanwezig. Paar minuten lopen van het strand en de

The location of the apartment is great! The pictures of the apartment did not correspond to the truth (it was a bit disappointing) The balcony was far too small, and the school and daycare center were below and there was quite a lot of noise in the mornin
