In a stylish mansion from the middle of the 19th Century invites you to our newly renovated romantic apartment on the ground floor with a very special atmosphere to stay. The living-room will inspire you: Free truss on the side and ceiling, free brickwork on the front page, an unusual ceiling height of 3.75 m, with one special room for special days. Even sleeping in the bunk bed is a different way than in everyday life.
If you are more people or want an extra bedroom, you can also book another room, access is via the other side of the hallway. If necessary, you can still use a second additional bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs as self-catering. For Bakery and Pizzeria, there are also a few steps. Modern bathroom with shower. From the house you can take wonderful walks or bicycle to explore the area (bicycle station).
Grocery Stores (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl) in a few minutes.
S6 Cologne - Dusseldorf - Essen 5 min.
A 52 10 minutes, exit Kettwig or Breitscheidstraße.
Also ideal for visitors to the MediClin clinic Rhine-Ruhr, door to door directly by bus. Ferienwohnung und Vermieter waren klasse, würden wir durchaus weiter empfehlen. Schnelle Kommunikation, sehr freundliche Auskunft (zB hat Peter uns gleich zwei Karten geholt als wir anmerkten, dass unsere Karte relativ untauglich sei - so haben wir herrliche Wanderwege lokalisieren können). Dazu kommt dann noch die perfekte Lage im Ort: in wenigen Schritten ist man an der Bushaltestelle oder an der S-Bahn, im Geschäft, in der Altstadt, im Wald, an der Ruhr / am Kettwiger See, oder in der Gastronomie. Könnte bequemer nicht sein, und hat einen schönen Aufenthalt garantiert.

Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für den Japan Tag
Wir waren als Gruppe mit 5 Personen angereist, um am nächsten Tag weiter nach Düsseldorf und zurück zur Unterkunft zu fahren, um den Japan Tag zu besuchen.Die Anreise und der Check-in ließen sich sehr flexibel gestalten.Es ist ein Haus im Altbau-Stil, wie der Beschreibung zu entnehmen, entsprechend sind die Decken hoch.Alle Zimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss und der Vermieter mit Familie wohnt im 1. OG.Da dort auch Kinder wohnen, kann es auch früher am Tag schon mal eine Geräuschkulisse geben, allerdings war es für unseren Zweck vollkommen in Ordnung.Einzig von der Zimmeraufteilung waren wir etwas irritiert, da wir nicht wussten ob wir das untere Treppenhaus als Durchgang mit verwenden durften. Das klärte sich am zweiten Tag und machte den Aufenthalt komfortabel.Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, ist der Vermieter sehr freundlich und nett und dem kann ich mich auch nur anschließen.

Waren sehr zufrieden! : )
Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe hier, um eine Veranstaltung in der Messe Düsseldorf zu besuchen, die man in unter 30 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht. Die Unterkunft war sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Kommunikation per FeWo-direkt-Chat und Check-In-Vorgang waren sehr unkompliziert, Parkplätze sind auf den Straßen um die Wohnung i.d.R. gut zu finden. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist die Pizzeria nur wenige Häuser weiter! : ) Vielen Dank!

Meivakantie
Wij hebben heel erg leuk gehad. Woning is op zich gedateerd maar schoon en zit erin wat je nodig hebt.
Het stadje is super mooi en old town is heel dichtbij.
Veel restaurants met heerlijk eten.
Onze gast heer was heel aardig en we hebben geen last van gehad dat hij boven woonde.
Wij misde wel een stukje tuin of terrasje waar je van de mooi weer kon genieten.
Al met al super leuk gehad.

Erwartungen nicht erfüllt
Im Badezimmer leicht Schimmel und Haare.
Die Ferienwohnung wurde während unserer Abwesenheit betreten, da auf einmal ein Paket (adressiert an die nachbar Adresse) in unseren Räumlichkeiten stand. Schade, Privatsphäre ist uns wichtig.
Morgens um 7 steht man senkrecht im Bett, da die Familie oben drüber beim Start in den Tag die halbe Wohnung zerlegt.
Parkmöglichkeiten für mehr als ein Fahrzeug = schlecht!
Zusammenfassung: Haben aufgrund der Bilder mehr erwartet, schade eigentlich.
Preis in Ordnung.
