Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

房間雖然比較小，但是價格也非常優惠，床也很舒服，酒店的位置也比較好，下樓吃飯是非常方便的，坐車也非常方便。要房間的時候不要貼馬路的，有早市，非常吵，要住背面的房間。

房間超級棒，兩室一廳，設計時尚漂亮，床鋪特別舒適，躺在床上就不想起來，投影也很給力，看電影很爽，愉快的入住體驗。衞生間設施齊全，除了提供洗髮液沐浴液，還有洗衣液、隱形眼鏡護理液，廚房提供洗滌靈，非常貼心。點外賣很方便，附近的酸奶水果撈超級好吃。 除了離中央大街等景區遠點外，幾乎沒有缺點，要是房間內有驅蚊器就更好了，大落地窗視野開闊，窗外風景盡收眼底，建議商家換一下遮光窗簾，早上四點多天就亮了，有點影響睡眠。總體非常美好的入住體驗，下次來哈爾濱還會選擇這家。

這次入住體驗遠超預期。酒店地理位置優越，周邊餐飲、便利店齊全，出行很方便。房間打掃得一塵不染，衞生間沒有異味，床軟硬適中，一覺睡到天亮。前台工作人員態度温和，辦理入住退房效率很高，有需求響應及時。WiFi流暢，空調、衞浴等設施完好，同等價位裏性價比拉滿，已經推薦給朋友，下次來還住這裏。帶孩子出行選這家太明智！房間空間大環境好，走動不擁擠，衞生做得很細緻，無異味。工作人員對小朋友很友善，周邊吃飯購物方便，隔音好不擔心孩子吵鬧影響他人，床品柔軟，孩子睡得安穩，整體温馨舒適，家庭出遊推薦入住

住過那麼多酒店，這家真的驚艷到我了😍！房間佈置温馨，床品柔軟親膚，衞生間乾淨無異味。服務人員熱情周到，響應超及時。位置也佳，出行便利。下次來還選這兒👏。

對於有很多旅行經驗但總是很緊張的人來說,這是我在中國住過的最好的地方之一。他們的服務很好,他們對像我這樣的外國人非常友好和熱情。他們有24/7前台服務,那裏的阿姨很冷靜,很理解,嗯,在那裏度過幾天,遠離壓力太大,真的很不錯。隨時在附近都順便睡個舒服覺。強烈推薦這個地方。奢華與簡單

這家酒店離冰雪大世界特別的近，我們遊玩好冰雪大世界已經很晚了，衹需要走路十分鐘左右就可以回到酒店，對於我們南方小土豆來説特別好！我們定的是親子家庭房，該房間也是特別大，還有個客廳，佈置的非常温馨，小朋友很是喜歡，下次有機會再來，強烈推薦大家！

我是來旅遊的 不是衝著電腦去的所有不評價設備 優點：出門就是地鐵口 很方便 缺點：住的一樓loft 隔音很差，電競酒店基本都是開來一起打遊戲的 隔壁打遊戲到凌晨聲音都可以聽得一清二楚，廁所非常的冷，但是房間暖氣還是挺足的。

酒店位置很好，樓下早餐店也不錯，還有幾個車位，來得晚停的路邊還算安全，房間不是很大，唯一問題就是樓道端部，早上有清潔推車的聲響。
