What a pleasant surprise this accommodation has been. Far surpassed our expectations. The family room has a QS and large single bed. Very comfortable, good bedding with pillow choices plus extra blankets if needed. Great bathroom with bath and shower with great hot water supply. Jug, toaster and microwave plus frig. Daily room service too - bonus! We went to Bandy Creek Harbour beach where there is great sand, shallow water for the little one to play, toilet and shower plus a fish processing shop where we bought great fish to take home. So many beaches and bays to visit and places to go, shop and eat plus lots of fishing gear shops. We also visited Stone Henge which was interesting and good value and has lots of info plus a shop.

Service was great, greeted by the hotel manager who was chatty and friendly. Bathrooms bit outdated but you're only in it briefly to shower, everything else was great.

View of islands from spacious apartment was so beautiful. Excellent communication from host Apartment had everything to be self-contained, including BBQ area, washing machine & clothesline, and dishwasher. Very comfortable couch and bed. Cycling / walking path across the road. Walking distance to lots of eateries & cafes. Independent car park and access to unit. Quiet location and near jetty with playground and skatepark.

Having just returned from our one-week holiday in Esperance, we wanted to write a 5-star review for Clearwater Motel Apartments to express our thanks to the staff and assure everyone that this is a fabulous place to stay. We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment and were thrilled to learn that the interior of the apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures on the website: fresh, clean, new, and very well-appointed with great extras such as free parking and free laundry. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly and we didn't have to contact the staff even once for any issues at all. With an hour of unpacking, the three of us felt completely at home and always enjoyed coming back to the apartment after spending the day touring around the Esperance area because everything we needed was set up perfectly to relax without hassles. The beds were firm enough for me, which is important because of my back issues, although admittedly I think they were medium firmness mattresses. The beach is a about 2-minute walk away, and several of the Esperance attractions are also walking distance. We would definitely stay in this Deluxe Apartment again. Things to note to manage expectations: 1) Wi-fi is included, but you may struggle with wi-fi coverage and speed, as noted by some other reviewers. We did not raise this with the staff as we were able to get excellent mobile coverage which met our needs, and it wasn't important to us to resolve. 2) These are not serviced apartments, so please don't expect that. You will need to manage your own waste etc. 3) The courtyard of the Deluxe Apartment does not have a view, but this wasn't important to us. We just needed somewhere to stay each night. 4) Parking for premium rooms, including the Deluxe Apartment we stayed in, is reserved and convenient. Parking for other rooms may differ. 5) We did not notice the traffic noise as per many other reviews but do note that the apartments are quite close to major thoroughfares.

Great little park - after arrival and looking around we are so thankful we chose this park. Unlike other parks in Esperance it is close to everything - beach/shops. We had a spacious site with plenty of room for caravan and car. Facilities are older style but well maintained and clean. Staff on front desk were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this park. It may not have a pool but right across road is great beach.

Outstanding park we booked a ensuite caravan site, close to the beach, best ensuite ever quite new and spacious had complimentary soaps and shampoos ect no towels though as we had in other RAC parks only negatives were the sites themselves small ground sheets no concrete, gravel and sand elsewhere which you we’re constantly dragging into the van, car and ensuite justs lets down the lux feeling the ensuite gives apart from that highly recommend.

There are two types of accommodation offerings in this world ... The first is a well maintained establishment, the other is a forgotten hovel, and I'm afraid this venue is very much the latter. Whilst the owners/management seem friendly and welcoming, unfortunately the premises have been let go. They are in critical need of a major upgrade, a thorough cleaning, a new roadway and the development of a regular maintenance schedule. It's fine to get defensive and just say that times have been tough through the COVID lockdowns, but that's no excuse to lose pride in such an investment. A bag of nails, a tin of paint and a couple of cleaning cloths wouldn't brake the bank. Do yourself a favour ... If all of the other accommodation choices in town are booked, just keep driving.
