Atendimento nota 10 . A limpeza do quarto e cuidado de quem arruma , deixando nossa bagunça toda organizada , todos os dias . Atendimento do RYAN na recepção , excelente !!! The start of our Ireland adventure and our B&B, The Blarney Stone Guest House left four women high and dry by cancelling our rooms with no notice. Kate and the River Lee Hotel came to our rescue with kindness and cheer. From the front desk to the bar and restaurant they turned our stay in Cork from a near disaster to calm and enjoyable.

Very disappointed, didn’t get the room we booked . Staff told us we had the room we booked despite the paperwork we were holding saying otherwise . They agreed after we produced the paperwork and next day moved us to the correct room and then only discounted 50euro . The attitude at the desk was unforgivable and ruined our first day . I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone as they will just give you what ever room is available regardless of what you pay for . I wouldnt trust them and would never go back

We had one night in Cork before a bike trip and stayed at this lovely hotel. The location is excellent, the room is well appointed but the real treasure is Lav, the bartender from Croatia in the cosy lobby cocktail lounge. Lav’s professionalism and commitment to customer service rose above the expected to the exceptional. Thanks, from some grateful Americans.

I was served tonight by a really lovely friendly staff member called Mollie who went above and beyond to ensure I had a really fantastic night at the River Lee . I really enjoyed my stay here , great facilities , great food and more importantly great people at the River Lee
