The worst service I have ever received during the past decade... One of the bed lamps didn't work until I complained twice; See what housekeeping staff has done to my skincare stuff in the photo below(and ... Only two tissue left in the bathroom... and tablewares always lacking during breakfast such as water cups coffee cups... etc. Shame of Frankfurt ;( Almost forgot they put my shower soap in water hhhha how ugly it was

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber, zentral gelegen mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Empfangspersonal war professionell und freundlich. Wir können das Hotel sehr weiterempfehlen.

Mein Zimmer war Mercure Standard: Groß, komfortabel, sauber. Das Bad ebenso. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und richtig gut. Das Personal war freundlich und kompetent. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der S-Bahn und ist so auch bei Messebesuchen eine gute Wahl.

If you want to be discriminated and humiliated for being a different race than european, please proceed with the booking. Their european Staff is anti-asian because according to them Asian Countries are poor and they treat you accordingly. They will leave no chance to humiliate you/family. Irony: They do not have inhouse housekeeping (outsourcing at cheaper price instead of hiring and training staff). Looks like they are secretly poor Mercure comes under Accor group and Manager handles Mercure and Hyatt House hotel. Now who is poor?
