Hotel wurde komplett renoviert. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit neuer Technik (Grundig TV ) mit drei deutschen Kanäle. Zugang zu Nachrichten über YouTube. Schöne große begehbare Duschen mit beleuchteten Kosmetikspiegel und ein sehr guter Fön stehen im Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Zimmer mit Blick zum Parkplatz/Meerseite, oder zum Nachbargrundstück. Extrem ruhige Anlage, da Kinder erst ab 16 Jahren zugelassen sind. Wenn sie ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool buchen, ist die Privacy nicht perfekt, aber die Größe und das neue Design der Zimmer liegt auf dem Level eines 5 Sterne Hotels. Parkplätze am Hotel waren in der Nebensaison kein Problem und kostenfrei. Das Bufett Restaurant lässt keine Wünsche offen und wer hier Beschwerden hat, muss dringend auf ein 5 Sterne a la carte Hotel mit einem dreifachen Preisaufschlag wechseln. Auch ein einmaliges 5 Gänge a la carte Menü ist hier übrigens ohne Aufpreis inkludiert. Das Personal ist super professionell und die Tui Reiseleitung im Hotel arrangiert diverse Ausflüge. Grossen Dank an Herrn Antonio und Danny von der Rezeption. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel wurde nach einer Renovierung im Sommer 2023 als TUI Blue Hotel neu eröffnet. Der Poolanlage und der Bar täten allerdings nicht ein paar Pflanzen gut, damit es nicht zu kühl wirkt. Wir waren im Oktober dort und hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer und eine Grand Suite Private Pool gebucht. Beide Zimmer hatten Meerblick, wobei das Doppelzimmer zur Parkplatzseite lag und man dadurch vom Balkon toll aufs Meer blicken konnte. Hat man ein Zimmer auf der anderen Seite blickt man eher in den angrenzenden Wald. Das Hotel liegt am Ende einer Hotelzone und ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen, allerdings hatte zu unserer Zeit das nebenan liegende Hotel auch schon geschlossen (hier hatte ich einige vorherige Kommentare gelesen, die das Hotel nebenan zu laut fanden). Das Personal im Hotel war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Grand Suite Private Pool verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Liegemöglichkeiten für mindestens 4 Personen, so dass wir uns hier zu dritt sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Obwohl wir zum Ende der Saison da waren, was man natürlich auch an der ein oder anderen Stelle gemerkt hat, war das Angebot im Restaurant weiterhin sehr gut. Auch die Getränke bei All Inclusive waren qualitativ gut und wenn man ein klein wenig zuzahlt, dann bekommt man auch die richtig guten originalen Marken, die man auch von zu Hause kenn ;-) Die Preise sind aber sehr human, da sie das All Inclusive gegenrechnen. Für ein riesig großes Glas Aperol Spritz oder Gin Tonic zahlt man z.B. nur 3,30€ extra. Absolut fair aus meiner Sicht! Uns hat das Hotel absolut überzeugt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

A fuir,pas de clim dans les chambres travaux en permanence la nourriture n est absolument pas varier je juge que je me suis bien fait avoir sur ce séjour je ne comprends pas certains commentaires positifs je pense qu ce sont des commentaires faux car c est véritablement impossible de pouvoir imprimer ce genre de séjour le point positif c le personnel sympathique comme tout eux même n en peuvent rien et bravo à vous pour travailler dd des conditions pareil

Bom hotel, boa alimentação, excelente localização, funcionários educados e sempre prestáveis, áreas exteriores agradáveis e a limpeza nada a apontar, as bebidas do bar eram de qualidade e boa piscina, resumindo em uma agradável experiência.

Tolles Hotel. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Super freundlicher und schneller Service. Sehr sauber. Gutes Essen. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Man hat eine traumhafte Aussicht und wenn man wandern möchte, gibt es hier auch super schöne Wege. Aktivitäten werden den ganzen Tag angeboten wie z.B. Aqua Fitness, Weinverkostung, Cocktail-Kurs, Riesen Jenga, Tischtennis, Yoga etc. Oder einfach nur entspannen am Pool.

We have just spent 11 days at the Victoria, it was fabulous, couldn’t fault a thing: the food, the re-vamped hotel itself, the position, but most of all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return possibly in the autumn or next May. Alex the TUI guide manager was always there and always coming up with new ideas….wine tastings cheese tasting. Cocktail making and silent cinema night. We’ll done Alex

This hotel is in an amazing location at the start of the beautiful beach. The hotel grounds are stunning, you could spend a week here and not leave, there are plenty sun beds etc, none of the towels at dawn nonsense. May I just say the Tui team and all the staff have been faultless, the room, the food/drink, entertainment have all been 5 star 🌟 we are going home tomorrow and don’t want too, a nice range of age groups so very nice to speak to lots of lovely people. Don’t know why there are a couple of negative reviews my wife and I can’t fault it!!we will return next year. Thank you guys

Great location for a relaxing week in the sun. Transfer time around an hour to Sant Tomas , arrival drinks and welcome at hotel great. Our room was modern with all modern amenities including a power walk in shower Great balcony area looking onto woodland area. Communal areas and facilities fantastic . Lovely pool bar , fitness facilities , daily events , & spa / fitness suite etc. Pool bar food quality along with a well designed pool area and gardens.Plenty sun beds and loungers as well as outside Jacuzzi area.Loads of sunbeds / even water beds in shallow part of pool. The whole hotel is run by staff who are pleasant and make your stay memorable. Our experience of half board dining was exceptional. Breakfasts full range of English and continental with chiefs on hand to make certain dishes to order. ( pancakes etc) Evening meals were plentiful and a range of meats etc buffet style . However a chef on hand to replenish and cook certain guest choice dishes . Desserts were fresh and varied . Good selection of wines on the list Evening entertainment was provided.super roof top area for day sunbathing and night Culinarium restaurant and cocktail bar . Super for viewing the great sunsets of Menorca and views of the coastline . Hotel has a fantastic location with 50 metres walk to the beach, well stocked supermarket opposite Local bus stop is 20 metres across road from hotel ( Ciutadella 50 mins away / approx. 5 euros also Mahón similar)
