伊維薩聖歐拉利亞萊昂納多皇家飯店

Ho soggiornato al Leonardo Royal Hotel per quattro notti ad maggio 2025. La struttura è moderna, ben tenuta e molto pulita. La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari (aria condizionata, Wi-Fi gratuito,). Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la colazione, varia e abbondante, con prodotti freschi. L’hotel si trova in una posizione un po’ decentrata rispetto al centro di Ibiza (Eivissa), quindi può risultare scomodo per chi vuole muoversi a piedi. Tuttavia, proprio a pochi metri dall’hotel c’è un autonoleggio economico che si è rivelato molto comodo e conveniente: grazie a questo, siamo riusciti a esplorare facilmente l’isola senza problemi. È presente anche la fermata dei bus a pochi metri dall’hotel. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta con cortesia. Inoltre nel giorno del mio compleanno lo staff ci ha fatto trovare in camera una sorpresa con prosecco e un dolce,gesto molto apprezzato che dimostra la cura verso gli ospiti. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerei volentieri!

Het hotel ziet er goed uit en is grootschalig. De locatie is goed. Helaas is daar ook meteen alles mee gezegd. De kamers zijn zo ontzettend gehorig dat je het al hoort wanneer je buren in hun bed bewegen. Ik heb echt nog nooit zo’n gehorige kamer gehad en ik ben veel op reis. Het lijkt net alsof je buren in je eigen kamer zijn. Echter was de kamer ook totaal niet schoon. Het bad en de wasbak zaten nog onder de tandpasta en er lagen haren door de hele kamer. Wij kwamen als stel en hebben vooraf gevraagd om een kingsize bed en dit had het hotel bevestigd. Echter kregen we twee lossen eenpersoonsbedden wat echt een minpunt is als je als koppel samen op vakantie gaat. Ook de kussens van de bedden hebben totaal geen voering. Het zwembad was ijskoud. The hotel looks good and is large-scale. The location is great. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are incredibly noisy—you can even hear your neighbors moving in their beds. I’ve honestly never stayed in such a poorly soundproofed room, and I travel a lot. It felt like the neighbors were in the room with us. On top of that, the room was not clean at all. The bathtub and sink were still covered in toothpaste, and there was hair all over the room. We came as a couple and had specifically requested a king-size bed in advance, which the hotel confirmed. However, we ended up with two separate single beds, which is a big downside when you’re on vacation as a couple. Additionally, the pillows had no padding whatsoever. The swimming pool was freezing cold.

Nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Animation team is super enthusiastic and lovely! We chose half board and enjoyed a variety of food for the value. View from the balcony is quite lovely and right next to the beach. Overall positive experience with the hotel. The only issue was we got a different room (a downgrade) and hotel did not explain and only until I complained they tried to offer compensation. For anyone booking from platforms please make sure you check the room matches what you paid for.

Very friendly staff! Only minus is the parking space. There is not a lot around, even in low season october. Hotel has a parking space but its 15€ a night and bit of a walk from the hotel.
