我們住了一個星期,這是我們第一次在 Es Cana (但不是在 Ibiza ),因爲我們有一個10個月大的女兒,我們選擇住在公寓裏,因爲我們需要廚房、微波爐和水壺來做飯。我們在三樓有一間臥室的海景(側面),電梯簡直就是一場噩夢。有兩部電梯,一部電梯壞了,所以每次電梯都要花很長時間才能坐上,而且很小,幾乎不適合嬰兒車(嬰兒yoyo)。我們可以看到側海景陽台大小適中,可惜每個人都吸菸,空氣很糟糕,所以不能坐在那裏。而且每個人都把自己的東西放在一邊,所以總有人看着你。公寓還可以,臥室很小,雖然牀頭幾乎不適合我丈夫,因爲牀頭的牀墊擋住了我丈夫的路,他不得不從我身邊跳到牀上。兩個雙牀墊放在一起垃圾。我女兒睡在牀上時一直跌倒在縫隙裏。浴室雖然翻新了,但還是發黴了,因爲那裏沒有打掃太多。浴屏是固定的,所以它是一個惡夢,沐浴在裏面的孩子(他們不應該是家庭友好的嗎?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????一週後,我們讓公寓打掃了TWICE,因爲我們強調接待員要送客房服務糟糕的服務。牀單從不改變,地板從不掃,因爲那裏總是有沙子。接待人員幾乎不會說英語(或者假裝沒說!),所以任何請求都是痛苦的,而且他們太慢了,需要花費很長時間....他們讓你在西班牙語中等待,這是粗魯的。食物低於平均水平我們呆了一個星期,吃過很多次相同的食物。沒有適合嬰兒的食物,主要只適合每個人吃不健康的食物(油炸、奶油、意大利麪、比薩餅)。一週兩次看到魚,但後來又用麪包屑或奶油...,所以不太健康。早餐和晚餐都是混亂的,所以被人的數量壓得喘不過氣來!在陽台吃飯意味着你必須排隊等候桌子但大多數人不知道,當你等待的時候,你會有人在裏面散步,然後拿到我們的桌子。當然,工作人員什麼也沒說。如果你在裏面吃飯,因爲空調(孩子們生病了),如果你在外面吃東西,你會汗流背。沒有勝利。海灘很近,這是這些公寓唯一的好東西。不過,你需要支付18歐元買沙灘傘和2張椅子每天。價格是克拉茲-2000歐元,爲期一週,包括所有費用,住在公寓裏,吃垃圾,吃一次新鮮毛巾。去別的地方它甚至不是一個乾淨的地方!!!

我們在這裏度過了一個愉快的一週,我們在7月第一次乘坐噴氣式飛機回來,所以在閱讀了以前的所有評論之後,我們有點擔心,但老實說,所有的員工都非常努力,如果有任何問題他們很快得到處理他們試圖尋找新的處理方法使事情在下一次變得更容易。他酒店沒有滿負荷運轉,所以說這裏有一個正常的7月假期,但是仍然有很多人,當然這意味着酒吧小吃店和餐館都有,但是工作人員很快就把他們搬過來了,所以從來沒有人這樣做排隊等候了幾分鐘,我們沒有吃東西的問題,每天都有不同的東西,甚至對挑剔的食客來說也有足夠的選擇,快餐店裏備有一份完整的清單,從水果、三明治到漢堡包芯片和熱狗都煮得很新鮮。來自兒童俱樂部的勞拉很出色!她總是試圖讓所有參與遊戲迪斯科或活動的孩子,她幫助我們很多嘗試尋找新的地方去酒店外面。海灘上所有的包容酒吧是酒店酒吧裏所有可用的東西都必須服務的,我們有帶花園的房間,肯定會推薦他們,我會很高興地回到這裏

Outstanding hotel. Excellent accommodation, clean with modern fittings. We chose a Deluxe room & it was so spacious. The staff are some of the best we've come across ever, nothing was too much trouble & they know how to put customers first. We will be back soon. The pools were fantastic & clean. The breakfast offering was really good & catered for all tastes. We ate from the snack menu & the food was great quality. We've read some commemts that visitors found the drinks expensive. We would refute that. It's a hotel where you expect hotel prices & what fantastic ambience you get to enjoy a tipple or two. We strongly recommend Hotel Anfora.

When my hubby first told me the name of this hotel I was like ”what u booked us onto a hostel for ” lol. It's definitely not a hostel and I was surprisingly surprised. When we first got there at 01.15 in the morning due to flight being delayed there was no one around. We found a number on the wall and called it. Straight to answer phone :( I left a message saying we was in reception and needed our keys asap. After around 30 mins after sitting on chairs in reception the night guy appeared saying he was cleaning the pool 🤔 we didn't believe this has it was dark. We got keys paid room tax and went to our room. On arrival to room it was clean and spacious and we was very happy. Next morning we went for breakfast on the way there we met the cleaner Marissa what an amazing lady she is and she definitely knows her job. She went above and beyond her duties. We asked for extra pillows and by time we got back they was in room. Room was cleaned daily, clean towels daily. Marissa never failed to ask if rooms was OK, did we need anything else etc etc. Marissa made our first impression which wasn't a good start with waiting for keys, turn our thoughts on the hotel. She is an amazingly friendly lady who has a lot of time for every guest . Well done marissa. Breakfast was lovely , beds comfortable wonderful location will definitely return in future thank u

Recently returned from a fantastic week at the Ereso. Hotel staff were brilliant, one of the quickest check in experiences I've had. Room was comfortable and bonus of having a fridge as well. TV options had English channels for the small amount of time we were in the room. Shower gel, conditioner and hand wash were supplied in the bathroom. Room was well maintained every day during our stay. Food and drink options were great, we were never stuck for choice at meal times even the vegetarian options were plentiful. Ice lollies and ice cream at the bar were Walls branded and included in the all inclusive. Bar staff were excellent and friendly throughout our stay Entertainment staff were absolutely top notch. Kept things entertaining throughout, friendly and welcoming without being pushy. Big shout to you all, Jorge was a star Reception staff were great when my partner suffered an injury and provided assistance to help on our final day at the hotel. There was never a problem with getting sunbeds at any time of the day. Definitely planning on returning to stay at the hotel in the future

Estuvimos 4 días en este hotel y no pudimos acertar más, la localización es perfecta, el desayuno estuvo genial, personal de restaurante maravilloso, la chica de la limpieza.. un 10 y los camareros de la piscina.. aún mejor.. de recepción.. tenemos que destacar a Sandra, una chica súper simpática, amable y muy resolutiva, nos ayudó muchísimo con los problemas que nos surgieron(ya que nos cancelaron el vuelo de ida y tuvimos que hacer el checking al día siguiente) claramente le encanta su trabajo. Si volvemos a Ibiza repetiría hotel 100%
