17 February 203 We, three of us were there for a lunch after a sight seeing trip of Pooyamkutty and Kuttampuzha. My friend went to the toilet and after reliving himself came with his fully wet pants and I asked him what happened . He said after he finished his business he turned on the water tap of toilet to wash. The whole system was broken and went mad and sprayed all water on him. I immediately called the counter boy to complain ignoring my friends recommendation that this is norm here. But I insisted that we are paying for all this and the Government give them License to provide all these facilities to Charge the Guests as a BAR HOTEL. The ***ager and the attender were laughing at me to distress me further. Where is our Tourism heading for? Imagine if you are with your family. Recommendation:- There is no other Decent Hotel nearby. Still never go to this place.
