阿巴德阿特里厄姆飯店(Abad Atrium)

We stayed here for two nights. The best thing about this hotel is the entrance lobby and the glass lift in the lobby. When you enter the room (2nd floor), it is completely different as if the room does not belong to the hotel. Very dated, view was of the back of the hotel where there was some construction work going on. The location is good as there are lots of eateries and shopping places. The bed was comfy and so were the pillows. Bathroom was even more dated and the whole bathroom needed a re-grout. My tour company sold this to me as a 3 star hotel but I would rate this a 2 star. Staff were attentive but they found it hard to understand us. Will not be staying here again unfortunately.

This was the last of the Abad Hotels that I enjoyed staying in recently while holidaying in Kerala. It's an older style facility, set behind the Abad Plaza Hotel. I was only there briefly for an overnight stay, but found the staff spoke good English & were welcoming & efficient. My room was very clean & comfortable & my wake-up reminder calls came through as organised. As a bonus, there were freshly growing indoor plants in the bedroom & bathroom! Because I was checking out very early next morning for my flight, they even had a fresh, tasty 'take-away' breakfast packed for me. It's about 25km from the airport, so make allowances for this when negotiating traffic to catch flights. It's handy to tourist areas like Jew Town, Fort Kochi attractions & excellent shopping malls eg Lulu Mall. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a good hotel which met our needs. Some of the furniture is a bit shabby but you get the impression they are investing in improvements as it has a highly modern glass fronted lift in the atrium. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Supper was amazing with lots of choice . Loved all the differently spiced dishes and there was a fruit salad, cakes and ice-cream for pudding. Breakfast too hit the spot with fresh fruit, spicy dishes and rice as well as white bread toast and omelettes made to your choice. Very small cups for black tea and it would be a good idea for the ***agement to look at providing bigger ones. A very pleasant hotel to stay in close to shops and street activity. Our shower did have a tendency to overflow in the bathroom and this was another hotel only providing one hand towel to two people sharing.

We stayed here as part of a tour in Kerala. Great location, decent food, and the staff are lovely and friendly. You just have to be careful of the traffic on MG Road, which is busy. Hasina, who looked after our room, was so lovely and cheerful, and nothing was too much trouble. I would stay here again.

I was travelling with in a group after our annual pilgrimage to Sabarimalai and stayed in this hotel from 20 Oct - 21 Oct 2023. The asset for the hotel is the staff . Me & my group arrived about 4pm+ & was welcomed by Ms Devu & Mr Jerome together with another gentle*** wearing a black vest ( I am sorry that I did not get his name ) . The check in process was seamless and we were treated with a smile . All the staff members right from the F&B to the Housekeeping was friendly . The only comment that I have is the amenities in the room that is not prepared based on the number of pax in the room . Eg : In certain room , there was only 1 comb, 1 toothbrush when there is 2 occupants . However, once we call , the items were delivered. Otherwise , it was a perfect stay . Thank you Abad Atrium Team again for your amazing customer service . I will definitely come back .

Good stay, service was optimal. Staff were friendly. Services were uptodate. Rooms were clean and fresh. Amenities were available nearby . Easily reachable especially with metro service. Would recommend again.

A grand reception and lobby make the guest know that they have made the right choice of staying in Kochi. Located on the very busy and happening M G Road, it is a good hotel to stay with family or for a business. The breakfast spread and buffet dinner are delicious with ***y veg, non-veg and dessert varieties. After almost 10 hours of travel when I reached the hotel I was greeted with a Chandan tika, a smile, a welcome drink and a rose. this sure lifted my spirits and cheered me :)

Excellent stay at the Abad Atrium hotel, Kochi. Excellent food, comfortable room and a special thank you to Hasina who did everything possible to make our stay a memorable one. Thank you again. Will definitely stay at this hotel the next time in Kochi. Highly recommended hotel.

We stayed over two weeks and we liked the place. Their rooms are spacious and clean.Staff is very courteous and polite in their approach especially Miss Devu. She is an asset to the organization. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent with a wide range of dishes. I would highly recommend Hotel Green Room's
