"Very nice hotel. Beautifully decorated, with a strong sense of mediterranean villa. it is only 50meters from the beach where you can enjoy the sea, if you do not want to stay by the pool. The beds are amazingly confortable- pilows too. It is a hign standard place to stay. The only 2 things that I would like to point is the size of the umbrellas by the pool : they are very small for 2 sunbeds. Some small details needs also to be taking care at breakfast (which was very good) it is 20 min from Ermion and 7 minutes from Metohi (from where you can take the boat to the island Hydra -do not miss it!) I am looking forwar to go back! Great place with a delicate breeze of mediteranean luxuly"

"Ktima Develekou is a fantastic place: the house is in a peaceful and quiet area, you have quick access to a very nice beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can swim in the beautiful sea, sit on the large terrace and enjoy the view of Hydra, Dokos and Spetses. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. And the most important value are the wonderful hosts, Katerina and Giorgos. So friendly, hospitable, helpful and attentive. They make you feel at home! We were delighted with the homemade breakfast that Katerina served for us, as well as the amazing olive groves at the background hills.
