"The facility is very good, rooms well-furnished and carpet very clean. But biggest concern is the restaurant /dining hall. The waitresses were just OK, not much of hospitality treatment. On the other side it appears a customer should speak the local language for better service, if not the attitude changes hence unwelcoming face of the chef. "

"I had a one day work trip, I arrived at the property at 14:30 , I was checked into a room that had no wifi and TV remote was not there, noting that I had to walk a distance to one of the last rooms on that floor I was sent from pillar to post in order to finally change my room, even then I had to ask someone to help with my luggage to change rooms. Staff need more training on how to handle these situations , I was only settled in my room at 17:00 and the phone was also not working for room service. "

"The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I booked a normal room and when we arrived with a child, they upgraded us to a family room with no additional cost. Emerlo can be very cold even in summer but the staff ensured that were warm. I would definitely come back to this place again as my pit stop for my next road trip."
