Hotel is incredibly close to airport. Easy and quick shuttle. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Exactly why you want from an airport hotel. Will be back next time I have an early morning flight from CVG.

Short one night stay for early flight. Used park and fly. No issues. Short 5 minute free shuttle from airport. Lobby looked really nice but room was just pretty good and seemed older but spacious. Slept well. Would use again.

Front desk on check in and out was very helpful. Easy and welcoming for both. Room clean and comfortable we dis have some trouble with our tv sound signal going on and off but we just wanted a close clean and comfortable hotel to stay in for our early morning flight.

Check in was great. Person at registration was excellent. Only issue was at around 10 pm there were men’s voices either in the hall or stairwell outside our room- yelling at each other, swearing, coughing, maybe vomiting. It was disturbing to say the least we waited about a half hour and called the front desk. The noise stopped within 5 minutes.

After waiting 45 minutes for my room to be 'cleaned', the desk clerk finally upgraded me to another room. No room service which was listed in amenities. The restaurant was very good however. When I check out, the desk clerk was very personable. I am 70 years old and use a cane. The parking lot was very slushy and slippery but no one offered to help me to my car :-(

Check in service was bad and the hotel is hard to navigate- elevators don’t go to all the floors and signage is poor. Room was not very clean. Overall not a good experience

The associated that checked us in was on the verge of rude. He sent us to elevators that did not go to our floor. After hearing the other associate ask someone checking in if they would like a cookie, I asked him if we could have one. I received an annoyed look, he handed me a cookie and then walked away.
For the price we paid the room was dated. However, the convenience of being close to the airport was very nice.

Close to airport but it took several calls to get airport shuttle. Also, upon checking in, my room key was inoperative on 5th floor, had to go all the way back to front desk. They gave me a different room
