費斯卡多納豪華套房住宿加早餐旅館(Fiscardonna Luxury Suites)

No geral a estadia foi boa. O quarto era emplo e bastante arejado. O ar condicionado deixou de funcionar algumas vezes (normalmente no final do dia. Parece que ha algum problema com o consumo de eletricidade, ja que no mesmo predio ha uma sorveteria no terreo). Mesmo contratando o quarto com jacuzzi, a mesma não estava funcionando nos 7 dias que ficamos hospedados. O cafe da manha é terceirizado (em um bar ao lado) e servem somente 1 cafe e pães com geleia (adicionais são pagos a parte). O atendimento sempre foi cordial e o quarto era bem limpo todos os dias. Chuveiro, toalhas, roupa de cama de ótima qualidade

L'emplacement est parfait, la bâtisse jolie mais la chambre Artemisia catastrophique ! Contrairement à ce qui est noté sur le site, cette chambre duplex n'est climatisée que dans sa partie basse, les enfants à l’étage dormiront dans un four. Le ventilateur n'arrivant pas à produire la moindre fraicheur. Des boitiers, des fils trainent partout, les meubles de la salle de bain partent en lambeaux, la douchette est sale,... A la réception, on se moque qu'il soit impossible aux enfants de dormir à l’étage tant il fait chaud et on vous conseil de vous plaindre au responsable par téléphone. Rien n’étant proposé, nous avons écourté notre séjour. Dommage que tout soit fait à l’économie (même le relationnel) car l’établissement s'il était bien tenu pourrait être très bien.

The accommodation does not have parking. The main carpark is about 30 steps climb and a couple of mins walk away. Parking is free, but it can be difficult to find a space. When we arrived at the accommodation, it was down an alleyway between an ice cream shop and a tavern. There was no one to greet us we arrived about 3pm, ringing the bell was pointless as we located the receptionist working in the ice cream shop. We got into our room, and we had paid extra for a jetted bath tub. This has been broken for more than 12 months, but this property is still advertising it on ******* and *********** at an enhanced rate. There is a deceptive notice in the room stating it broke yesterday, which is clearly just a lie. I was told by the receptionist that it clearly states the issue on the hotel website. We were not given any money back they just did not care. Breakfast is either Greek or continental, and you get this at Grecos tavern, which opens at 9 am. The breakfast was fine, with no issues. The room was big, the location was excellent staff were ok but the place is starting to look tired rather than luxurious. Would not stay in this accomodation again.

We arrived parking is in the main town parking area which is away from the hotel (5 min walk down approx 30 steps) do not try to drive direct to the hotel or you may end up in the pedestrianised area. We arrived at the location and the door was locked, no amount of ringing the bell worked but my hubby found the receptionist also working in the ice cream shop. We booked and paid extra for the jetted bath tub room this DOES NOT WORK and you are not allowed to use it as the bath plug has been removed to prevent it. I spoke with the receptionist about this and she did not care you certainly won’t get any sort of a refund. She said it states that the bath tub is broke on their website however it does not say this on ******* or Booking. I explained this she said she understood but no recompense was suggested. The location is excellent and the bar on the corner is also great craic with brilliant staff. We weren’t in the room that much as there is plenty to do in Fiscardo, the room was big and the bed was also quite large but quite hard. Breakfast is served at Greco from 9 am basic but ok. You can pay an additional price if you want something other than Greek bfast or continental. Hubby and I would not stay here again but we would return to Fiscardo. The pictures of the hotel when it was new but a lot of the stuff are now getting a bit tired.

This is a small hotel in a small village but real quaint. The girls working there are the best. We were island hoping by boat and decided to stay in Hotels versus on the boat. Great choice.

Central accommodation but definitely no on site parking. We spent over an hour trying all The side streets (pedestrianised) to have to park and walk. Difficult to reverse back up streets or turn when the sat nav takes you to The sea or over roof tops. No on site parking. Nice breakfast. Good shower and Comfortable beds.

A very luxurious hotel with helpful personnel and based in the center of Fiscardo. It has many facilities, extremely high quality orthopedic beds with a selection of pillows. There is a Coffey maker and an ice maker in the room.

My poor husband booked this for us as a treat for my 60th birthday. We were going to Fishcardo restaurant. See the review I posted on that place. He had thought it would be nice to stay in town and not drive back to Argastoli where we had been staying on holiday. Well what fiasco!! The minute we got into the room I read the reviews. i think my husband wished he'd have done that before he made the booking. I am not sure what is considered luxury in Kefalonia but this in England might be described as maybe a boutique hotel. The rooms are such a mishmash !! Flashy automatic taps that come on every time you look at them. Over complicated showers that spurt out water from unexpected places. But weird cheap art on the walls and some very odd lighting, maybe tiny pink spot lights are considered luxury in Kefalonia its such a confused décor its just so odd. The fridge wasn't working, the air conditioning was hardly working also ( its was 37 degrees) There was NO WATER in the fridge either. No teaspoons in the room. There was old water in the coffee machine although god knows how to work it because NOTHING was explained to us. Apparently we could have paid to see a movie on the viewing box but again NOTHING was explained to us. Once we were showed to our hot, airless room, the staff disappeared completely. We tried to call them, email them...NOTHING. In the end my husband went outside and lent on the bell until the young girl who showed us to our room appeared looking bewildered. We tried to explain to her our issues, I don't think she spoke much English and looked blankly at us while we explained about the lack of …well everything actually. In the end my husband insisted that we change rooms. The next door room was empty, unsurprisingly and the air conditioning in that room worked ! Hooray !!! Utterly clueless staff, the rooms are definitely NOT luxury. Be warned, you will regret it if you stay here. We paid £185.

Avoid at all cost, This is laughable to call them luxury suites !!!! They are far from luxury. They bang on about the bed linen how you have to use there special make up wipes to remove makeup as to not get it on the bed linen. You can actually buy Guy Laroche bed linen on Amazon 🤣 Dirty bath , jacuzzi not working ! Bathroom door handle broken, shower seal coming off. Stained floor around toilet, no choice of coffee pods , no milk or sugar, weird breakfast situation where you’re escorted to a corner bar and left there nothing explained. 🤷‍♀️ There are much nicer places for less money in Fiskardo or surrounding places. Read reviews before staying. As the write up sounds lovely. But leads you into a false pretence. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
