We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and the location was close to Presque Isle and a lot of great restaurant options and shopping. Communication with the host was great and they checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay at a great property. Lovely home which is centrally located. Beautifully maintained with everything you would need. Child friendly. Very relaxing. Easy and simple check in and check out. Truly a very relaxing couple of days. I would return without hesitation.

Dianne Wampler is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting.Erie, PA Trip (June 26 - June 30) My sister and friend stayed here at the end of June. The house was very clean and organized. We weren't able to grill out, but Glee was notified of the issue with the grill. It's not too far from the beach and located in a nice neighborhood. Overall, very nice place! Thanks, Glee!

With its proximity to Mercyhurst University, Gannon University Penn State Behrend, and LECOM, Gem House is a perfect spot to stay while visiting a local student or the surrounding attractions. The house is centrally located with easy access to Presque Isle, Waldameer, the Erie Zoo, downtown Erie, and Millcreek Mall. With so much to see and do, you’ll soon see why Erie is also known as the “Gem City.” While Gem House can sleep 6, it is ideal for couples, small families, or a group of 3 or 4 friends, as it is a cozy, little Cape Cod home.
