Tres bonne adresse et tres belle chambre. Staff en soiree tres courtois j’adore ♥️

Place was clean, room was huge bed was comfortable. I asked if I could get wash clothes for 2 days and never received them. Food was ok.

Booked an accessible room which was very spacious, but beds still to high for me . It would be nice to have an upholstered arm chair in the room, the only chair was a desk chair

Nice people at front desk. Bathroom in our room was dirty but after saying something to front desk they came right up to clean it

The hotel overall is a nice place to stay. Just across the street from the ******, and a 5 minute drive to mall for some retail therapy. The only downside is sound proofing is very minimal. You definitely need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Our stay was great except inside the hotel, the weather was awful all Friday and Saturday, and the property still wasn’t plowed as of Saturday evening, it made it pretty messy and dangerous in the parking lot.

I have stayed here before and will stay here again. Location, parking, staff, room, breakfast - all were terrific. Not so great: Satellite TV connection makes little sense in a snowbelt. Reception was awful. The thermostat controls were a big problem for me. The unit is located at belt height, but that is its best feature. No text on the unit, just tiny hieroglyphics. I had to guess how to use it (no property guidebook in room), and I guessed wrong. You would think that turning up the temperature would be a no-brainer, that it would be set at that temperature. No. For two nights in a row, I woke up freezing. The thing had allowed the temperature to dive back into the mid 60's! I'd bump it back up, and two hours later the same thing! And no extra blankets in hotels anymore. As much as I love the hotel overall (see above), if this happens again, I'm done.

Everything was very clean. The bathroom and shower were also very clean. Thank you! There was a lot of snow outside, definitely more than 3 inches, and it needed to be plowed. That was the only thing that needed to happen but it didn't cause us too much trouble.

Only thing we had an issue with was the room temperature. It got in the low 60's as the thermostat would keep the heat off.
