In my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice. The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted. The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat. In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days. We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place. We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there. We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again. The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place). The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive. All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

This place is fab! Really great location for Vesuvius, Herculaneum and the train. Manuella kindly waited for us despite a lengthy delay. The apartment was spotless and huge. The coffee machine and provisions were much appreciated and the terrace a welcome bit of open space in a busy city. Really recommend.

Ho soggiornato con mio marito in questo palazzo storico. La struttura è stata ristrutturata di recente.La camera era pulita e curate in ogni particolare. Ci hanno accolti con un caffè e fatto sentire subito a nostro agio.Ottima posizione per raggiungere gli scavi di Ercolano, la Stazione ferroviaria ed i ristoranti. Inoltre dispone di un parcheggio privato.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with helpful friendly staff who have good English. Very comfortable beds and tea/coffee in room also a mini fridge. Fabulous shower with decent hairdryer and toiletries supplied. Beautiful terrace along with a kitchen for coffee/tea. The hotel had no bar but you can get wine, soft drinks etc in reception at a very reasonable price. No breakfast served but coffee shops are near or buy your pastries. Area a little run down but perfectly safe with friendly locals. Will definitely be back. Town much bigger than expected with lots of shopping/markets.

Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel whilst visiting Herculaneum Pompeii & Naples, located minutes from ercolano train station that will get to all locations, staff are warming & very welcoming & very proud of their establishment & so they should be, on arrival we was shown too our beautiful room & shown a lovely clean communal kitchen for our floor to use, room came with a small fridge kettle & coffee & pastry complementary daily and controllable a/c , bathroom was spacious and clean, location is residential and the locals are very friendly with lovely restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend this hotel for visiting the archeological sites & Naploli itself, Ercolano has a nicer atmosphere compared to Napoli and felt completely safe walking around in the evening…staff keep you well informed though WhatsApp which was a really nice touch.
