代頓北萬豪萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Dayton North)

The room was very nice and the bathroom was very nice. The staff was very nice. Sorry to say that I won't stay there again though as the wifi was disgusting. I couldn't do simple things like read the news or search Google check email or do upkeep on a game I play. Terrible wifi is a deal breaker for me no matter how nice the rooms. They do have wifi they say is for streaming if you want to pay $4.95 a day for it but if they're regular wifi is that bad I'd be leary. I've stayed at a lot of motels and that's the only one I've ever seen wanting to charge for wifi.

The service at this location is poor. The hotel was not busy but we were not allowed to change our room despite a willingness to pay. The rooms were available on the hotel website but the lady at the front desk couldn’t be bothered. The soap and body wash dispensers in our room we’re empty. When we asked for soap, the front desk said “I’ll see if I can find any”. She showed up with a gallon of shampoo which we had to pour into a cup. No apology for the inconvenience, nothing. The water in the hotel is so overly soft you can’t rinse the soap from your body. Worst of all, the building had to have been constructed improperly because you can easily hear your neighbors, the people walking above your room and those in the hall.

We paid $525 for one night stay for two rooms. Arrived to hotel and they were overbooked, no rooms! We had to drive another 20 minutes at 1:30 in the morning to another hotel. We called ******* and they are supposed to refund our money in full because they called the hotel and confirmed we were turned away even though we had a confirmed reservation.

Property was great but refrigerator never really turned on in a usable way. Otherwise property was quiet andcthe beds were comfortable.

I had a quick stay, but did check everything out. The gym was surprisingly good. The desk staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was not to my taste, but everyone else seemed to enjoy it. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and appealing. The charging stations outside did not work. A person parked beside me threatened to go to another hotel and they finally turned on one charger. They said they didn’t know how to turn on the power for any more stations
