Visited the hotel for an evening spa during a weekend of skiing. The spa was beautiful and I had a bespoke massage with Maria, it was fantastic! She was really friendly and the massage itself was one of the most relaxing I’ve had. Just wanted I needed after a few days on the slopes.

Wir waren schon öfters im Hotel Kempinski Palace in Engelberg. Uns gefällt ganz besonders die Liebe zum Detail. Das ganze Hotel ist mit so viel Geschmack und so vielen kleinen schönen Dingen ausgestattet. Wir waren im Chalet Ruinart beim Käsefondue essen - ein Traum. Perfekte sehr zuvorkommende Servicekräfte. Das Cantani Restaurant ebenso ganz große Klasse. Wir können das Kempinski Engelberg nur jedem weiterempfehlen. Wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl und kommen wieder sehr gerne zum Kurzurlaub.

Wir waren über Ostern in Engelberg und haben im Kempinski Palace Engelberg übernachtet. Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt. Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneten Mitarbeitern. Vielen Dank an Franziska, für das tolle Upgrade. Gemütliche Zimmer mit Balkon. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Überaus gemütliche Bar die zum verweilen einlädt. Kurz gesagt, dass Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We stayed at the Kempinski Palace for two nights and were not completely happy with our stay. We were charged a surcharge for early check-in. When booking the room, we requested early check-in if possible as we were arriving from an overnight USA flight and knew we would be tired upon arrival. A member of the concierge team contacted us and inquired when we would like to check in, we replied 11:00. We were then informed that the hotel normally charges for early check-in, 50 CHF per hour, but if we would like our room ready at 11:00, a surcharge of 130 CHF will apply. We agreed to the surcharge. We understand that hotels are not always able to provide early check-in, but if you suspect that you may be able to, why charge a surcharge? We have received an early check-in many times and have never been charged a surcharge. We also contacted the hotel prior to our arrival about a transfer from Zurich Airport to the hotel as we are unable to travel by train with luggage. The hotel arranged a transfer for 550 CHF. Our trip to the hotel was quite eventful as the car broke down on Engelbergerstrasse, an icy road, a short distance from the hotel. Our driver was upset as he lost complete power and could not restart the car or even open the trunk. He contacted the hotel. The hotel shuttle came and picked us up. When we checked-in, we honestly expected someone to express concern over our recent transfer issue, no one mentioned it, so we took it upon ourselves to explain the situation. Again, no one expressed any concern. Spoke to a Lady in Red, shortly after a brief rest in our room and again I brought up the transfer issue. I stated that I thought that management should be made aware of the car breaking down. To my surprise, she replied, "Why?" She further explained that things like that happen and the hotel is not responsible as they only partner with the car company. It was not their car. During the exchange she was very matter the fact and expressed no empathy. The following day I met Mr. Korth, the Front Office Manager. He was empathic. Later that evening I learned that he contacted the car company and secured a reduction in our rate for the transfer. He also sent tea and strawberries to our room that evening. We were very pleased with his response. We also spoke to the same Lady in Red about going to Titlis. She told us that it was a short walk there from the hotel along a lovely river. We were familiar with the roads/ sidewalks to Titlis as our car broke down on one of them. There are very icy. We inquired about the hotel shuttle and she agreed that the shuttle could take us. She did not suggest that it could pick us up. We walked home and it was not a pleasant walk. We nearly fell several times. My spouse is his 70's and I am in my 60"s. Really think that she should have been more sensitive to our age and offered the shuttle service to and from Titlis. Adam, the bartender at the bar, was very friendly and provided excellent service. Der ganze Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das Hotel hat ein super Konzept. Insbesondere Familien wird ein Aufenthalt sehr einfach und angenehm gestaltet. Lieben Dank an das ganze Team. Und einen besonderen Dank an Katarina vom Kids Club. Wir haben noch nie eine so liebevolle und individuelle Betreuung in einem Kids Club erlebt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!!

Notre séjour à l'Hôtel Kempinski Palace Engelberg Titlis a été une expérience exceptionnelle surpassant toutes les attentes. Situé dans le merveilleux village d'Engelberg au cœur des Alpes suisses cet établissement mérite plus qu’amplement ses 5 étoiles. Un vrai Palace dans un cadre unique ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et professionnel avec une délicieuse boisson de bienvenue. Le service était impeccable du début à la fin de notre séjour. Le personnel a fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité pour répondre à toutes nos demandes rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons séjourné au sein d’une Premier Room qui était une oasis de luxe offrant une vue imprenable sur les montagnes enneigées. La décoration élégante et moderne combinée à des équipements haut de gamme ont créé un cadre idéal afin de se détendre après de belles journées d'exploration. La literie était d'un confort exceptionnel garantissant des nuits de sommeil réparatrices. Les divers restaurants de l'Hôtel ont su ravir nos papilles. Vous pourrez vous rendre au sein du Restaurant Cattani avec une cuisine Locale et internationale. Également, le merveilleux Chalet Ruinart où vous pourrez déguster de délicieuses fondues Suisse dans un cadre traditionnel. Nous avons énormément apprécié le Palace Bar qui vous garantira des cocktails sublime et des animations à la hauteur de l’établissement. Enfin, vous pourrez vous rendre au Wintergarden où il est possible de tester les fameux Afternoon tea et sans oublier le Habanos Cigar Lounge pour les amateurs de Cigar avec un large choix de sélection. Le petit-déjeuner buffet offrait un large éventail de mets succulent des produits locaux aux options internationales. Petite mention spéciale pour les délicieux jus de fruits, smoothies et la pâte à tartiner chocolat maison, exquis ! Les installations de l'Hôtel sont à la hauteur de sa réputation. Le spa était un véritable havre de paix avec sa piscine relaxante ses saunas et ses salles de soins. Pouvoir se baigner et profiter d’une vue imprenable sur les montagnes… Quel spectacle ! Les amateurs de sport d'hiver apprécieront la proximité des pistes de ski et le service de navette pratique pour se rendre au téléphérique Titlis (possible également à pied depuis l’Hôtel, 11min de marche). De plus, les conseils avisés du concierge ont contribué à enrichir notre séjour avec des activités locales passionnantes. Nous avons bien évidemment profiter du soleil pour nous rendre au pont suspendu TITLIS Cliff Walk et la grotte glacier à l’aide du TITLIS Rotair. Engelberg est un village charmant et l'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour explorer la région. Les montagnes majestueuses entourent l'Hôtel offrant une vue à couper le souffle depuis toutes les perspectives. Ein Luxushotel der Extraklasse in traumhafter Lage. Viele Ausflugsziele sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ein Hotel mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr schöne und große Zimmer mit ausgezeichneten Betten. Tolle Gastronomie.

Topp Zimmerprodukt; alle Zimmer mit Parkettboden und Balkon; sehr geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet; die Mitarbeitenden sind ausnahmslos besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit; das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und entspannend. ALLE Zimmer haben einen grandiosen Blick!
