They have amazing customer service. Where I met Evelyn, lovely young lady. Always smiling!!! very helpful and caring to her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable, very good hygiene. Also very easy to navigate around the hotel.

We needed a budget hotel near to family in north London and this Premier Inn fitted the bill. We didn't expect anything different from the usual PI experience but were very pleasantly surprised. The member of staff who greeted us - Yasin (or Yasio?) - was exceptional. He greeted us warmly and sincerely and couldn't have made our check-in and stay more efficient and enjoyable. We also appreciated the safe and affordable parking, and the room was very quiet, comfortable and well-appointed in the usual PI way - plus an excellent, very forceful shower. The hotel was full with people going to the snooker at Ally Pally but we didn't hear any noise from them (room 217). The only negative point was a small leak in the bathroom. We told Yasin about it as we left and given his efficiency I'm sure he's dealt with it as needed. Well done to everyone involved!

在去東歐旅行之後我在這住了四晚。這是我第一次住在一個經濟型酒店,但是這裏的人都讓我覺得像在家裡一樣。房間和浴室很乾凈很舒適。早餐總是很新鮮。最重要的是他們總是在你需要的時候給你幫助,就像幫我買了一張奧斯特卡,可以讓我的出行更便宜更方便,還幫我寄明信片,還幫我的行李的輪子上潤滑油。 他們很親切。獨自一人的時候,和他們交談讓我覺得一點都不孤單。每次我回來的時候,就像回家一樣。我下次去倫敦肯定還會來這裏,這裏肯定是我的第一選擇。
