We have not used the property and still changed the full price for all the days. Because of sudden sickness, we had to cancel the trip. Yes, property can charge some penalty but charging full price is unfair. And do not understand what is the advantage of booking through *******, if they can not help their customers in such situations ? When called the property they say talk to ******* as booking through them. And when called to *******, they say the property is not willing to make any refunds or credits to be used to stay in the same property, if not any Marriott property. This does not provide you comfort of being cared for as a customer.
