great view The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived after 4 pm; had to call the rental company to get the cleaning company. The property needs a lot of work. There is no lock on the sliding door; the owner provided a wooden rod to place in the slider. The bathroom door from the hallway creaks you you open it and the other bathroom door sticks; you have to slam it to close it. The storm door whistled like a tea kettle when the wind blew. There was absolutely no place to store groceries. All the kitchen cabinets were jam packed. The view was beautiful but the furniture was not as pictured online. There were no lounge chairs, only plastic furniture. Very disappointing.

Great get-away spot! The property was exactly as listed! I was actually shocked how big the space was. Everything was stocked and ready for my family. Several residents knew the owner (Jamie) and were super friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed our stay! I loved this little place. It looked just like the photos, the community is so nice and very quiet. Had an easy beach access and pool access. I would definitely recommend staying here and I wouldn’t mind to stay here again!

The unit was OK. The view was great, decent location but if you are hauling something on wheels down to the beach you will want to use the ramp and stairs to the left side of the building instead of the closer stairs to the right. Makes the walk longer but easy to manage bc fewer stairs. No issues using the elevator to get to the unit. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. It was yellow and disgusting. That’s my biggest complaint!! The water pressure in the shower was on point though they may want to consider replacing the shower head, it works but looks kind of rough. The firm mattress was amazing. The TV in the living room had a poor picture quality and seems damaged. Other than that, it was a great unit. Thanks!

Such a cute little place! We enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues and the management handled them promptly and was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The view was amazing the walk to the beach was easy. We would stay again!

May Vacation The deck was disappointing, not clean, it was all wet when we arrived, 1 rusty small table and a dirty plastic table provided. Not conducive to enjoying a snack and beverage on the deck while enjoying the view…Strong smell of pot one night from a neighbor. The unit itself was fine for the two of us but was surprised at no liquid dish soap available and only 1 roll of tp provided, sheets were rather scratchy, towels were wonderful, very soft. I feel like for the price; we were underwhelmed.

Great location, a basic condo for 2 Great location steps from the beach, was quiet area. Didn't know we needed gate pass, no email on obtaining that so getting in was frustrating. No oven mits, hair dryer, trivet, scissors or screen for slider door. Appliances run loud. Best just for 2 people

Good to be home again We had a home for 20 years on EI which we sold due to parents illness. We loved our stay this week it was like coming home. The condo was wonderful with a beautiful beach view. We got to visit family and friends. We will stay there again. We made wonderful memories. Thank you so much for your kindness
