This is a very nice house and quite comfortable. It didn’t take us long to feel at home. The pool is wonderful. Great for spending some time after a day at the beach. There is a nice table and chairs and umbrellas and room to relax if you don’t feel like swimming. The kitchen is spacious and we were able to make our meals as a family with multiple cooks. There is a terrific Blackstone grill as well as a regular grill. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy. The second floor deck is the length of the house and a great place to relax. There are quite a number of young children’s toys as well as beach items in the garage. The neighborhood is excellent and towards the end of a dead street. Very quiet. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent home. When you read the reviews about the house being stocked. Believe it. House was wond. Best beach house we have ever stayed in. We have been taking a family beach trip every year since 2013. By far best house we stayed in.

Nicky’s place at EI This property was very clean and well stopped. Nicky was great to communicate and deal with. Very accommodating. The property was a little bit further away from the beach than the listing displayed, but we rented a golf cart and made it work. We enjoyed the pool and home and cooked a lot. Thank you Nicky and family.

Family Birthday Our stay at Emerald Isle was great. I have never been in a property that was so well stocked with toys and games and food and beach toys. You literally do not need to bring beach stuff. It was extremely hot during our stay and the pool was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property.

Great rental and plenty of room for everyone We had a family wedding to go to and need a place to fit 9 people comfortably and this was the place. We never felt crowded and plenty of room to move around. The swimming pool was great as well.

My favorite new part of the outer banks After our week here, I think this is now my favorite new part of the outer banks. The house is a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and a great aquarium. The pool is beautiful.

Welcome to the Flippin' Reward. This is our families personal beach house which we hope will feel like home to you as well! We have the house stocked with everything you should need... JUST BRING CLOTHES & BATHING SUITS. We are situated in the perfect location! We are steps away from the Sound and the public boat access ( there is a great park for the kids attached to the boat access). We are a 3 minute walk to the beach. PLUS we have spent the beginning of the Summer putting in our new heated and cooled pool! Perfect for a family pool day. The house is about a mile away from the hussel and bussel of town so you can enjoy the quiet but close enough to run to the store if you need anything. (or have it delivered. Our Instacart shoppers are excellent on the island) We are a kid friendly house as we have 3 small kids that love this house as well. All of the bathrooms are newly renovated. We hope you treat and love this house as much as our family has! This home has proven to be a perfect place for mult-generational getaway. Please note that our house is on a steep hill.
