This classic beach cottage is nestled on a quiet street in Emerald Isle. The home has everything you need to enjoy a classic beach vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer/dryer, screened porch with television, 2 open decks with porch furniture, gas grill. You will also be within walking or biking distance to the beach (about 12 minutes), Emerald Woods (sound side park with kayak launch, picnic area, and bathrooms), restaurants, and shops.GROUND LEVEL - Half bath, Second living room that can be used as a 4th bedroom and features a sleeper sofa. Large laundry room with a treadmill and clothes drying rack, perfect place to store your beach stuff. The garage and golf cart is for owner use only but guests are welcome to use the garage for entry to the ground level. Both rooms have a King bed with large smart tv and peaked ceilings. There is a guest bath between the bedrooms with tub/shower combo. The bonus room on the lower level has a queen sleeper sofa, a twin bunk bed for kids with a 300 lb limit and its own guest bath, ceiling fan and smart tv. Additional Amenities:The laundry room is on the lower level and 2 car garage with kayak and beach gear. The screened in porch is off of the kitchen and dining area with outdoor table and chairs to dine outside, grill and seating to read and relax. The top floor has a deck off of both bedrooms with seating and views of the sound. Enjoy peace and quiet and sunset views! The back yard is fully fenced in and can be accessed from the back porches, the driveway gate and from the garage access door. The hot tub, which is brand new and seats 7 ,and outdoor shower are also located down in the back yard area for privacy! * The hot tub gets serviced weekly in the mornings Mondays and Fridays. The Beach:The beach walk is super easy as once you get to the top of the driveway you go over to the right to the first street and straight down 2 blocks to the public beach access, The walk is about 5-6 min comfortably. The shops, grocery store and restaurants and more:The shops and restaurants are all within a 3-5 min drive down the street. Super convenient for anything you may need, both Publix and Food Lion are in the same plaza along with ABC liquor, the book store, the pizza shop and coffee shop. The flip flop donut shop is down the street as well as all the great eateries: Village Deli, Trading Post, Caribsea, Snapperz, The Growler, The fish hut and more! Along with Walgreens, Wings, and Ace Harware. Everything you could want is right around the corner.
