We booked weeks ago and confirmed the booking with them for a big sporting event for our children over 3 days. We live over 3 hours away. Today. With only 10 days until our trip THEY CANCELLED ON US. No apology. No alternatives. Just ruined our children's sporting weekend because they can't attend their sport.

Really nice place to stay. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Plus the fact you can get breakfast and dinner delivered to your room is a bonus. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need.. The furniture is probably getting a little dated and could be looked at but overall very happy. I would stay again.

Stayed 2 nights, room was clean and well provided. Room service was not great, poor attempt at making the bed. Bed was a little old and hard. Bathroom cramped. Morning traffic noise. Parking tight in places. Check in was easy when inarrived.

The motel was clean, the bedrooms are quite big and they also had a balcony. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was yummy. I would recommend this place if you are heading through Emerald or needing to visit this area

Very nice and pleasant rooms, people and restaurants and bar. Highly recommended to all people whom are looking for a great place to stay. Good location pubs, shops, fast food, train station, library.

A great find. The motel is modern, clean and tidy. Good sized rooms, modern bathrooms. The restaurant is of a good standard and the range of meals is sufficient with a decent drinks menu. Serving three meals a day, breakfastand lunch have to be pre-ordered. The service was excellent.
