I stayed here from August-December of 2024 for work. The managers are lovely and were very attentive to my needs. The room was always clean and tidy. Friendly people all around. I will be staying here again next time I am required to work in Emerald.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Alison could not have been any more accommodating, friendly and just lovely for going above and beyond in making our stay the best and most comfortable that she could make it! We will definitely be back for a longer visit! We were in Emerald for a family wedding and most of the family were staying at the Emerald Inn….not one negative word was shared about our experience.

Beautiful rooms and great value for money. Great service as well. Good cooking facilities and a very practical room lay out. I enjoyed the fold out couch and seperate master bedroom. It’s also in a really convenient location but still quiet.

Centrally located Walking distance to the shops and main restaurants in town Easy check in and out Fully self contained kitchen with everything you’d need in a home away from home Our apartment was insulated enough not to need to turn on the heater in the cold winter mornings

The rooms were both clean and comfortable, the fam loved it. Alex was super friendly from start to finish, he gave us recommendations for dinner and breakfast and they were great recommendations too! The amenities onsite were fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back next time

Super clean and quiet (I am a germ phobe and we relaxed comfortably as the unit was so clean). Alex was super friendly, very helpful and extremely welcoming. We had been travelling all day and the bed was extra comfy, just what was needed to relax and recharge for the last part of our journey. Highly recommend staying here and when travelling through again needing a place to stay will be staying here again.
