Nice group of rooms in a fairly good location in St Kilda. The room was nice and clean and the balcony was a added bonus that was enjoyed. The two issues that I had was the odd reception area that was part cleaning area / part front office, looked unprofessional and screamed 'cheap' but I guess didn't necessary impact on the quality of the stay but was just odd. The main issue was the bed!! It squeaked like a hour year old door! no privacy, such a unnecessary issue when quality 'non squeaking' bed costs next to nothing for the amount it will be used. One of the worst beds I have ever stayed on and would never be on that again PLUS has reminded me to check the bed before accepting the room! Felt sorry for the persons staying underneath!! needs a remedy and FAST!!

Staff attitude is bad. And clearly through the phone he is not patient with his guests checking in, though it’s location is okay having everything in reach. His service kills the mood of a great vacation. Also, the bed and sheets are not clean, and you can see dead bugs lying around. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne and St Kilda. Go get something that’s better.

Easy and good condition

Convenient location, 10 minute walk from the restaurants and cafes *****, clean establishment and good service.

Requires a short walk to the nearest tram station and food places, however, room was very spacious and provided simple kitchenette good enough to prepare some meals!

이틀간 지냈고, 나름 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다. 가까운 생활권에 좋은 카페, 레스토랑, 큰마트들이 있었어요. 바닷가가 가까워서 로케이션 하나만 보고 숙소를 정했는데, 잘한 선택이었어요. 중국분들이 호스트인것같아요. 저희에게 친절하게 대해주셨어요. 감사합니다. 숙소 자체 컨디션은 조금 오래되었지만 있을건 다 있었어요. 칫솔 치약 페이셜클렌저는 챙기셔야해요. 와이파이도 되고요, 따뜻한 물도 잘 나옵니다. 주방용품이 대부분 갖춰져 있어서 요리할 때 편했어요. 세탁시설도 가능한 시간이 있어서 꽤 조용했어요. 안 좋은 평이 많아서 걱정 많이 했는데, 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 그래서 저는 외려 좋은 평을 드릴 수 있는거지, 좋은 컨디션을 생각한다면 다른 숙소에 머물길 추천합니다. 강아지들과 묵을 수 있는 호텔인지, 다른 장기 투숙객들 강아지들과 친하게 지냈어요ㅋㅋㅋ 보증금 문제로 리뷰가 많던데, 저희는 선불로 결제했고 보증금이 없었습니다. 체크인도 체크아웃도 편했습니다. 첨부한 사진은 체크아웃 시에 찍은거에요.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Stayed in budget room which had suitable amenities. Fridge, microwave, sink , cooking plate etc. Small balcony. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Room could do with some blackout curtains as it only had some flimsy Venetian blinds on the window and doors so a lot of light comes in. Good wifi. Close to public transport and shops. Staff helpful. Parking booked but was not available. Parking is not onsite. We parked on the street which is free on the weekend, but has clear way times during the week. Overall would stay again.
