Great experience
We had a spectacular time. place was very clean. They had snacks and water in the fridge. Working freezer/fridge, gas range.
There was one hickup. A freek cold front came in and the place was a little cold. I reached out to the host and 2 hours later we had 2 space heaters. WOW. Very responsive.
I will definitely go back.

Convenient and comfy
The property was convenient and comfortable.
The 2 bedrooms and kitchen allowed for plenty of space with family. We did have a problem that the property manager did respond to fairly quickly.

Very Nice Neighborhood & Host
This place is in a good location near JFK, UBS Arena, shopping centers, and restaurants. The host was fabulous! We had a few issues during our stay but the host did a good job of addressing them.

It did the job
I enjoyed my stay at the property. There were some things that I wish were better, such as access to a functioning stove, clean bath linens, and minor pest (bees and ants) problems. When addressing this, the property manager was apologetic and offered to send someone to bring linens and check on the pest problem. I also think it would have been nice to have bolt looks on both doors that are inside the unit that leads to other units because the current locks don't seem secure. Overall, I had the basics and could enjoy my time with my family. I can see myself staying here again with the expectation that these other problems will be taken care of.

Feel like home even when away from home.
This Apartment is ideally located 15 minutes from JFK Airport, 5 minutes from The Belmont Racetrack and UBS Arena. Resort World Casino is 10 minutes. It is close to the highways. Airport Pickup and drop-off can be arranged upon request. There is a 24 hrs supermarket 5 minutes away from the apartment. It is close to the bus stop and the Long Island Railroad to get to NYC.
