輕鬆進入,輕鬆從I-86。非常快速的入住。房間很容易找到,走廊兩端都有電梯。房間寬敞,牀很舒服。真的很喜歡超大枕頭。非常忙的I-86發出的噪音是不存在的,以及其他房間的噪音也是如此。熱水充足。通風系統內置牆體,很安靜,雖然有點難以調節個人口味。標準選擇酒店早餐費,早上餐很好。非常美味。無咖啡因咖啡,嗯。退房只是很快。一定會再次入住,在埃爾米拉區。

Everything and Everyone was great!!! Breakfast was good. Had many different things to eat. It snowed while we were there. It was a clean. They cleaned our room and brought towels when we needed them

The stay was horrible. The hotel was severely understaffed. Room service was offered only upon request and was not guaranteed(they made one of the beds with the sheets upside down). We were told the pool was ”under construction” (which it wasn’t); I suspect it was simply closed because the hotel didn’t want to maintain it. The kitchen was dirty when we arrived and remained that way until morning, with overflowing trash cans. The front lobby porch was littered with cigarette butts for days, and the hotel rug looked and smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the electrical outlets near the beds were not fully operational. They often left one person to attend to the entire vicinity overnight, which made me feel unsafe at times. If you check in at night, chances are you will have to wait 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to show up (I saw this firsthand). I could go on and on about the public toilets not being cleaned often enough and the lack of ice in the hallway ice machine, but I’m tired already. This could be a great hotel with the right management and capable, caring staff, but it is not. Simply OUTRAGEOUS. STAY AWAY.

Room was good sized for a couple. Kitchen efficiency was handy - full size fridge. We ordered out (Outback Steakhouse next door - 10% discount w key card) but it was nice to have plates/silverware, etc. One bed was super comfortable, the other not so much - felt like there was a hole in one of the sleeping sides. Convenient USBs on the nightstand. Hotel was clean. Everyone friendly. We had a dog with us and our room was right next to the side door, so that was very convenient. There was a nice lawn outside for him to play on. Bathroom was well stocked and good pressure/temp in the shower. Walls did seem to be thin, esp at night - we could hear kids running above us, could hear others in the hallway, toilets flush, etc., but the hotel was pretty quiet overall, so it wasn't really an issue.
