Very bad location. Totally unexpected. I will never book this hotel again.

We left here early. The room we were given was a hut down a long long flight of crumbled steps. Past rubbish. The room was very very basic and didn’t look clean. The bathroom was terrible. There was no wifi and only one towel.  The roof was tin and monkeys fought on it the whole time making a terrible loud noise all night.  The manager who dealt with us was friendly but all the other staff appeared un-friendly which is so unusual for Sri Lanka.  Breakfast was again basic.

A stay in the jungle This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

This cabana is no longer available to stay in they took our money of course and when we arrived they showed us to a youth hostel place. I was not happy and told them to take down the bamboo cabana as an option on last minute. They did provide us with a better room in another building but I was not happy. Beware

I did check in this Cabana on 28 Aug 2023 . On the very night while sleeping i foind rats were running on my bed and room .Do not go!!! A dodgy place. Owener does not respond. We had to leave the place and find another accomodation. Ruined our night.DO NOT GO !

The rooms were very clean and nice. We were very warmly welcomed and the staff was always friendly and very helpful. Very tasty breakfast. Highly recommended. Everything here was beautiful in nature. A whole cabanna to yourself with lots of things to use. I would not recommend this hotel with heavy suitcases as there are a lot of steep stairs where it is very tedious to carry the suitcases. Rather backpacks.

Not helpful. No coffee in room. No amenities. Wouldn’t recommend!!!
