Это пятый отель, в который мы заселились в Шри-Ланке и, честно говоря, самый лучший. Приятный запах свежего дерева, чистые, приятные номера, высокие потолки и хороший кондиционер. А главное - одеяла, не во всех отелях есть одеяла. Нас встретили очень приветливо, угостили кокосами. Единственный минус в этом отеле - слышимость соседей. Очень тонкие стены и ночью особенно неудобно, особенно если соседи ложатся спать поздно. Завтрак был очень вкусный и нам предложили попробовать вкусный традиционный завтрак из острой кокосовой стружки с овощами - очень вкусно. А еще здесь неплохой кофе и очень вкусный имбирный чай. В этот отель я обязательно вернусь, он оказался прекрасным дополнением к нашему визиту в Элла.

Beautiful hotel, great service, wonderful rooms, showers, bath, lounge areas. The desk area wasn't very private and we were right next door to the only other people there, so would have liked to know that it's open concept decks! Also, it's a long way away from the downtown of Ella if you would want to walk in, so something to be aware of when booking. However we stayed during a rainy time and loved our stay at this boutique hotel.

El baño olía muy fuerte a cañería. Si no decimos nada, no limpian la habitación. Se oyen muchos ruidos y el desayuno es un poco escaso y básico.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet établissement dans un quartier loin de la foule d’Ella tout en étant assez proche à deux roues de TukTuk Accueil parfait et gentillesse au rendez vous. Chambre très propre et décoration soignée. Vue sur les arbres et les oiseaux ! Salle de bain immense avec douche et baignoire ! Petites attentions dans la salle de bain bienvenues. Dîners et petit déjeuners simples et bons. Personnel très gentil et bienveillant. Petite amélioration possible : un meilleur niveau d’anglais pour bien se comprendre.

Epic stay away from the crowd. Pure Bliss We had an epic time here at this Luxury hotel. The location is perfect, away from the noise, pollution, crowd and tourists. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and will assist all the way. Janitha was exceptionally genuinely helpful. The pillows are the best we ever had. I wish we could buy similar one. If you want to unwind and relax in a luxurious environment, then this is the hotel to stay. I would stay again if I ever come back to Sri Lanka/Ella.

As we arrived our room that we booked was not free and we need to use one night a hotel of a lower category. The manager gave us a dinner for free in their restaurant as compensation. If you book a hotel for a higher price then you exped this and not another one. The second night we were on our room then everything was fine. The menu of the restaurant has a lot of menu's but unfortunately the most one are not available.

This was a lovely property. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect.

Excellent Stay Brand new hotel, with high quality rooms and facilities. The staff are friendly. The location was good if want to be outside of the busy night life in Ella.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was amazing and clean with facilities like hot water and A/C. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was amazing.
