Pretty good and budget friendly!
Pros:
The check-in was easy and we were greeted nicely.
The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean.
New floor and tub tile was nice.
Had a clean microwave and fridge.
Comfortable on a budget price.
Cons:
Tight parking lot. No room for big vehicles.
Ceiling fan rattled when on, but only needed it one night.
Floor heater in bathroom not clean.
Wall ridge in bathroom was quite dusty.
When turning on the shower, if the pull up knob was not up all the way, the pipes made a horrible sound in the walls. Be sure you pull it up completely!
Overall: it was a good stay for not a lot of money. It served our needs and we slept well!

Great Staff, Clean, Safe and Affordable
The owner of the hotel and his family are always so nice and have always treated myself, and employees I’ve had stay here with respect. They are very accommodating and are fair priced.

This hotel was probably great and it's heydays. The mattress was excellent. The layout of the room and furniture was convenient but had not been maintained. With a little bit of love and care and fixing I am sure this will be five stars again

Rodeway needs some work
There was an odor of urine in the corner by the table. Maybe someone snuck an animal in by another guest. Because it’s a no pets facility.
The beds were comfortable but who ever made them needs a lesson in clean corners.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we had trouble with our key the desk clerk came up with me and help.
There was a coffee pot but nothing to make coffee with or cups and the normal condiments.
It’s an older motel and desperately needs updating.

When we had trouble with our key card, the desk clerk re- coded it and told me to pass the coded stripe slowly in the reader. It worked. It’s an older motel and desperately needs maintenance and updating. The shower water knob was missing the lever to rotate the on/off knob. Luckily I had a pair of pliers in my truck to turn the knob. There was peeling paint in areas. The breakfast choices were very limited but I expected that, so that was no surprise. The staff was friendly and accommodating though. I do have photos of the deficiencies but can not post here. At the time of booking this motel had a rating of "8". I have no faith in Expedia's ratings.
