艾爾克舒適飯店(Comfort Inn Elko)

I had a 5 night stay and for some reason my room was only attended to by housekeeping after the first night. If housekeeping in an optional thing then there should be a reduced rate for days not serviced. the last morning before checkout was my only day to be able to sleep in but that morning housekeeping started tapping on my door at 7 AM trying to get in to clean the room. They were persistent trying to get me to leave ASAP. Now they want to clean - Not the 4 previous days. They tapped on the door 4 times by 8:30 when I yelled that I wasn't leaving until checkout time at 11. Very frustrating

There were 4 men outside the front door drinking heavily and appeared to be homeless men that were being allowed to stay at the property along with paying public customers. There were also 2 more homeless men hanging around the back entrance who apparently also were being allowed to stay at the property. I felt unsafe and am driving a 75K Corvette and felt my car was not gonna be there the next morning. I left the property having already checked in and was not reimbursed, money is a minor problem when compared with what could have occurred.

Smelled like an old hotel. Carpet and walls need updates. Biggest issue: The florescent light from the store behind the hotel shone brightly in the room all night. There aren’t curtains to block out the lights. This created an uncomfortable sleeping environment.

Nice one night stay. Easy checkin, comfortable bads, good hot breakfast. Plenty of hot water for showering. Only negative thing was squeaking of hotel doors was bothersome.

Discouraged by the people hanging around outside smoking/drinking including main entrance. Rooms nice, outside needs work, in disrepair

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is falling apart….literally. Bricks are missing outside and the outside walls are deteriorating. Our key card would work on the outside door near our room. There was gum stuck to the floor of our room and sticky spots on the nightstand so the cleaning standards are poor. We will find another hotel to stay in on our next visit.

The sauna and exercise room are closed. The spa was filthy. The room was in good condition and the staff is great.

They require locals to pay $150 CASH DEPOSIT in addition to leaving a credit card on file. The pool was clean however the hot tub area had multiple cigarette butts and there was ash everywhere. There is no gym or steam room and the sauna is out of order. PROS: The stay was affordable otherwise. There were clean towels available at the pool, the room was clean, and the staff was informative and helpful.
