It was very comfortable. The laundry for guests was out of service and the ice machine on my floor was out too. The hallways were need of vacuuming quite badly and the breakfast was quite typical with no organic options. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Staff was super friendly as well. Next time I’m in Elko in need of a hotel room I’ll surely stay again.

Very comfortable and clean. My room was missing a hair dryer and the lady at the desk brought one up immediately. I believe her name was Ariel and she was very friendly and sweet. She has a wonderful personality. They picked the right person to greet and check you in.

They were very busy when I arrived but everyone was friendly and patient. The room was comfortable, modern, and clean. I don’t know about Eco friendly. They don’t accept pets and I actually appreciated this because the night before at a different place the smell was overwhelming in the room because a pet had previously been there.

Our hotel room had no hot water, very low water pressure for cold water and the curtains were damaged allowing light into the room. We were not able to shower and were told there wasn’t anything the staff could do.

When we walked in the front door, Leanna and Amber were like two sisters welcoming us into their beautiful and cozy home. They treated us with love and respect by helping us find a door dash delivery. We highly recommend these professionals.

The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean and had modern and convenient amenities, and the breakfast was great!

So the front desk people here are amazing. All of them. I am originally from here and we come visit often and I always love it here. I’ve stayed everywhere there is to stay in Elko and this one is the best. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. I feel safe parking here. Breakfast is served here but I always sleep in so I miss it. Also they’re always really nice about late check out, as we usually don’t actually get to the hotel until 2am. Anyway I just want to say I love this place. Thank you for keeping it clean and safe
