我們的房間只有一條毛巾，前台工作人員花了一個多小時才找到另一條。我的房間非常陳舊。淋浴龍頭有維修痕跡，清潔得不好。馬桶旁的地板上有個排水溝。晚上我們進去的時候，房間裡有香火，味道很刺鼻。電視很小，床墊放在一個從床墊上垂下來的東西上，我們經常撞到它。

Older building and it shows. Not much variety on the hot breakfast side. Stay was satisfactory.

Run down older hotel with old carpet and furniture. The chair in the room had a huge stain. Had to change rooms because of bed bug on bed crawling. Receptionist was understanding but was unable to refund room since it was a third party …. Upgraded to another room - suite If I wasn’t super tired I would’ve gone somewhere else. I could drive anymore. Elevator old and questionable. Deposit is unnecessary for a place like that. Not typical hotel you would see with this name /brand attached to it. We were very disappointed

This property is located among many other hotel chains and for its price point, is an excellent value. While the décor is dated (think 80's country) the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Rooms have your typical amenities, fridge, microwave, etc. Daily housekeeping was provided which is a rarity now a days. Complementary breakfast is also provided with your typical offerings, cereal, sausages, eggs, waffles, etc. My only complaints were that there were no plugs for either the sink or bathtub (not a deal breaker) as well as the exhaust fan did not work. The TV remote while being able to change the channel and adjust the volume, you could not turn the TV on or off. My other complaint is not specific to this hotel alone. Why can't the hotels provide a list of channels available rather than having us scroll through a long list of channels only to find that they are not available to watch whether it is Infinity, Comcast, Roku, etc. I enjoyed my stay and found so many more things to do and see in the area that I extended my stay an extra few days and the hotel gave me the same rate as ******* did. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice family operated hotel. We have stayed here several times. It has good value and is convenient. They are upgrading all of the mattresses (ours had already been done and was great) so manuevering the hallways was hard with luggage.

Upon check in I provided a credit card for a $100 charge for incidentals. The clerk ran the card and said it was declined. I immediately logged onto my bank using my mobile device and showed her where the bank approved the $100 charge. She then asked for a $100 cash deposit when I gave her. At 0330 in the morning my bank called me because there had been $1000 worth of charges made on my card after I checked in and she ran my card.
