This was possibly the worst checkin in memory. I paid for a king room and was told when I checked in that there were no more king rooms available - as they scratched out our original room number on the key cards and wrote another in. So obviously someone else got our room. The elevator had something sticky all over the floor and rather than cleaning it a caution sign was placed in the floor. When we got to our room the key cards didn’t work. I went down to the desk and could not get a new card. I was escorted to my room which was opened with a master key fob and told someone would be by in the morning to fix it. I asked if someone needed to stay in the room, since we had no working key cards, and was told yes. Someone would need to stay in the room to get back in. We paid for breakfast and I’m not sure how that will happen - unless we go one at a time. Unacceptable.

Blueberry pancakes and pancake pillows Very clean and comfortable rooms. We had the room with the pull out couch. Nice size for a family. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast restaurant was decent for a sit down extra charge. Pillows on beds could have been way better. Overall we will stay here again!

I reserved a mobility/hearing accessible room. The first room I received was a normal room, so I went down to the desk to let them know that I needed the accommodations that I reserved. It was an ordeal at the counter but finally agreed to switch my room. They told me they were fully booked so they were having a hard time switching it to what I reserved. When we got to the new room it was only hearing accessible and not mobility accessible. We had a hard time with the wheelchair in this room the entire stay. The reason I ended up reserving this room at this hotel was because they still had the wheelchair accessible room available when we booked. It was a difficult stay and I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Room was prepaid on aug 16 via *******., upon departure on oct 15, card was charged again. Front desk clerks advised will speak witn the manager Adrian to correct. Subsequent tel with mgr Adrian, he was to resolve. Days later still no credit for the erroneous charge. Absurd. Had booked 2 stays back in August. Oct 14to15, and rtn trip October 20 to 21. The oct 14 to 15 is the issue.

WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK PERSON IT WAS A BUSINESS CREDIT CARD THEY SAID OH GOOD I CAN GET A TIP THEN. THE BARTENDERS HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING THEY COMPED A COUPLE DRINKS BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE ONE PERSON THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH A TRAINEE AFTER A LONG TRAVEL AND DAYS AT WORK ITS NICE TO COME BACK TO THE HOTEL AND RELAX WITH A DRINK
