C Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet location. Beds are full sized not queen sized. Outdoor pool was not open they were starting to get it ready for the season. Breakfast was pretty same everyday eggs sausage . A couple days had potatoes. None of it really hot and often times ran out. Had to ask for more toilet paper during stay. The showers have these metal plates over the drain and as you shower the water hits them and its noisey so noone else in the room can sleep while someone is showering. Location was close to restaurants/shopping. I would try this hotel again based on staff/quietness/cleanliness and location

First, I'll start with the false advertisement about the indoor pool. I booked my room December 3rd 2023 and I received a phone call on December 28th from a lady that works for the hotel stating that the pool is not indoors but, is an outdoor seasonal pool and the lady was VERY RUDE over the phone. She waited weeks to call. She called on the last day I could cancel my reservation penalty free and two days before a holiday weekend. How was I supposed to find something different in less than 48 hours and for a good deal?! We check into the room and we walk into the room and there's no balcony. I specifically reserved a balcony room for my autistic husband who needs the fresh air flow. The man at the front desk was VERY RUDE to my husband and myself when I brought the wrong room situation up to him. I was OVER CHARGED for my room by over $40. The lock on the room door is broken, ice machine didn't work, Wifi didn't work very well, if at all. Elevator is scary, I don't recommend riding in it. I've never heard an elevator make those kinds of sounds. Coffee maker in room was broken. There were stains on the carpet and the bathroom sink wasn't very clean but, otherwise, the room was pretty clean.

We were first put in a room on the first floor and the employee said, "you're not staying alone are you?" because there are guests who stay long term on the first floor. The room had bugs in the sink and mold, so we were switched to another floor which was much better. I gave it a low rating because the employee implied that it was unsafe and the condition of the first room shouldn't have been rented out. Just something to think about for future stays.

The property as a whole is very clean and modern, and the staff friendly. The bathroom ceiling had minor water damage and the bathroom sink was dripping, but it was otherwise clean. The property itself, however, is very hard to get to, and you cannot make a left turn westbound on Rt. 62 to get to it—an Uber Eats order was cancelled because the driver couldn’t get there.
