埃利亞設有 Spa 的熱門飯店

We went for summer break to Greece Mykonos end of July 2023. We had our 3yr old child with us and were not looking for a crowded party area. Since its known for The Party place, we were not sure how it will turn out. And it turned out to be Amazing!! Super friendly staff from the maid to receptionists to cook and caterers, all were extremly nice and friendly!! They treated our son like a little King. The food is just fantastic and the view mind blowing. Location is walking distance from the beach and its not crowded at all. The stay was not cheap but also not extremly expensive either. And for what service we received was priceless! Thank you for the great time you all gave us, we will come for sure again if we decide to come to Mykonos again. Keep up your spirit Imperial team!

我們一直等到夏季假期,然後由於該建築犯了錯誤,我們在Mykonos的假期已經跳了!!!8月5日,我決定發郵件給伊莉亞,要求我們8月7日從機場接送的轉運,即我們到達Mykonos的那天。我收到的答案是的...“您的名字沒有預訂”現在你想像我有兩個孩子,其中一個新生兒,如果我沒有發送那個郵件,我們會在8月7日在伊利亞的廳裏面聽到這些話語音...再發送郵件給他10月用表格,他們提供給預訂,全部完整我所需的所有數據預訂!我還發了回覆郵件,從10月開始,他們向我保證預訂是沒事的,所以我可以繼續購買飛機票!!!!!我三天前發過這些舊郵件後收到的答案是“很抱歉,我們錯了,但現在我們已經沒有房間了,爲此道歉,我們可以找個替代結構到我們的...。我發現這一切絕對唐,他們忘了我們的預訂,賣了房間給其他人!!!如果我選擇在伊利亞預訂15天假期,我有一系列的理由和替代的設施,他們提出的,對TripAdvisor的評價就像“不好吃的房間!”我不知道怎麼辦... 有兩個小孩子,其中一個新生兒不能到這個時候靈活!他們所提出的設施是下級的公寓或酒店,與以利亞無關;我會很感激他們是否給我提供比他們高的或相等的酒店,沒有這麼評價的位置不好意思!我不能做任何事,我們在Mykonos度假已經跳過了,因爲離去前兩天是不可能的,我們能找到另一套住,擁有我們所需要的服務;當然,他們都全部完整!發生的事真的唐... 想想如果我沒有發送那個郵件... 我們會在我們到達時與1個孩子和一個新生兒相處,沒有一個睡室!!!一個四星級酒店不能犯這樣的錯誤!

30th Birthday Luxury Experience What can I say about this place and where do I start! What a luxurious and exceptional experience at the Royal Myconian. Wow! My partner and I booked this resort as part of my 30th Birthday celebrations for 7 days in October 2022, and we were certainly not disappointed. AIRPORT TRANSFER AND SHUTTLE BUS: Regular free bus transfers and free shuttle buses are scheduled throughout the day and evening to pick up guests and transfer them to the hotel. The hotel was around 30 minutes travel from the airport and the main town drop off point. The hotel provides information of the shuttle bus schedule at the main reception desk on a daily basis. The transfer and shuttle bus journeys are not too time consuming, but if you want to spend the day in the Mykonos old town, you will need to work around the shuttle bus schedule. A bus will normally depart from the hotel every 2 hours, likewise from the old town drop off point. CHECK IN: Upon checking in we were warmly greeted at the reception and checked in promptly. Our details were confirmed and we were provided our room key. Our suitcases and bags were then taken to our room. We were personally shown our room by the receptionist who gave us a 5 minute tour of how to use the hot tub, the television, room service and other amenities. The receptionist was extremely lovely and attentive, and provided fantastic information around any questions we had around the resort. Our suitcases arrived within 5 minutes from other hotel staff. ROOM: The room was lavish and extremely luxurious. We booked a Premium Double Room with Hot Tub on the 4th floor. The room was very clean and had all the amenities and small elements you’d expect for a 5 star resort. We received a small bottle of champagne on arrival for my birthday celebration, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious with a large king sized bed. Within the room we had a large flat screen tv, a safe, adequate clothing spaces, crisp white bed linen, and free WIFI. As we arrived during the evening, a fresh bath robe and spa slippers were placed on each side of the bed. The balcony was a west facing sea view, which had a Hot Tub and two comfy sun loungers. The view was just spectacular in the evening and during the day. After midday, the full balcony was a stunning sun trap. Beautiful sea views to watch a sun set. The Hot Tub was just the icing on the cake and so relaxing. The room was cleaned every day. Fresh towels, bath robes, toiletries and clean linen all provided on a daily basis. When the hotel staff were aware you were out of the room for the evening, they provided new slippers at the side of the bed and un-tucked the bed linen for our arrival back to the room each evening. The staff were visible daily and were always extremely pleasant to us. Room service was also fantastic with an adequate food and beverages choice! Well, the first impression was bad but somehow it managed to be a pleasant stay overall. The thing is the villa collection rooms are desperately in need of a profound renovation! At least both the two we have seen. There were cracks on the walls, a big broken piece on the floor in the entrance, bad condition of some furniture and I was astonished with a huge rusty old sound column in the middle of the room... just why?? Better having nothing. The doors and windows framework look ancient and the light buttons are fallimg apart... please.. it's like 50 dollars into electric stuff and would give an overall better first impression instantly! A lot of strange design choices and materials. The room floor and bathroom ceramics have a faint stained color.. I could not have imagined nothing worse, a ceramic that seems dirty, but it is not... totally off. In the common areas there are also some very questionable weird choices such as the pink velvet everywhere. Other things though seem very nice, a strange mix overall. Design and bad room condition apart the rest of the stay was off good quality overall. The main salty pool is huge, amazing and very clean and is the biggest of the myconian hotels in this complex. The freedom to walk to the other sister hotels in the complex is very interesting making it a huge ground to discover and enjoy. Although very litle information regarding this is provided. I liked the pool and the food of the Imperial for instance. Note that the pool of the Villa collection was always significantly less windy than the others cause it is not facing the beach, it's the best one indeed! Other positives: Room cleaning was afterall very good. Good breakfast. Crazy amount of bath amenities. I never saw soo many bottles replenished everytime and Olivia Thinks brand products are amazing. They should consider big refillable bottles. Room AC very efficient and silent. Very nice dark room at night. Huge new TV in the room. Great balcony. Free tansfers to the beach and town. Amazing pool sunbeds. Delicate and nice hotel scent. No drainge or sewer smell in the bathroom. Other negatives: Trash truck very noisy everyday in front of the breakfast area. Rooms photos in the website are mixed and don't correspond to the category. This is even stated by the reception staff. Old spa facilities. Card to open the room constantly stops working. Beach area with no signs, badly performing staff and overall poor ambiance, it's in the worst part of the beach. Villa collection gym is a joke but you can use the one at the Imperial which is good and modern. Poor info of the resort activities. No app to communicate. Overall I feel that greed took place here as they should really undergo renovations besides growing and building new stuff around. With a room uppscaling and better design choices this could be a really special resort indeed.
