Enjoy the ease and convenience of this 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is located just minutes from Elephant Butte Lake. The backyard includes a private and spacious patio with picturesque views of the mountains. After a day at the lake you can enjoy grilling up a sunset dinner in the outdoor kitchen or sipping on a cold drink on the patio. The large driveway area provides plenty of parking for all your toys. (A 30 amp RV hook up is available for an additional charge). Your stay will include free bagged ice and a state park pass. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking allowed: in designated areas.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 20.

Great place
This place was so nice and roomy and comfy. The outside space was amazing and its close to the lake. I didnt want to leave!

Another great trip
For the last nine years, we've ended our summer trips with one or two to Elephant Butte. We've stayed at this home the last three years, and it's always impeccably maintained and well-stocked. The location is as good as it gets for Elephant Butte. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You can't go wrong choosing this property for your vacation!
