"We really enjoyed and loved our stay at Poa Place in Eldroret. The staff are very warm and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable. Some of our personal favorites were the serene green environment, the spacious and private cottages, a delicious breakfast and the complementary head and shoulder massage. We also enjoyed our time at the Spa where Yvonne did a splendid job in rejuvenating our bodies. Room service was also top notch with attention to detail. Many thanks to Esther, Dan, and Mary for ensuring we had a great stay! We definitely recommend. Oh, and did we already say the location is convenient and easy to access? Definitely recommend."

The fire place came handy for cold weather In Eldoret. The staffs was responsive and warm. "Booked a deluxe room from Dec 29th to 3rd January, the stay was pleasant, the staff friendly and helpful, the room, well that was an experience, no hot water after 9am as they turned it off,why ,I don't understand, so that alone, be very prepared to arise early from the bed,now the breakfast was a good choice of buffet with hot and cold foods, juices and fruits, on the other hand, the restaurant at night, the service was really slow, and, it can make you get fed up,eat out instead, new years eve celebrations were really nice ,and I would stay again.."
