諾特橋飯店-傲途格精選(Hotel Paso Del Norte, Autograph Collection)

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, my most recent visit was an exception to the rule of excellent. We arrived to our room and a horrible smell of sewage hit us even my daughters didn't wanna go in the room. I called guest services and they had a valet switch our rooms in about 5 minutes and even upgraded us to a better room. Which I wasn't expecting but made up for that weird moment. Other than that our other stays are always pleasant and now I know if something goes wrong they'll go above and beyond to fix it! We've also visited the restaurants and they are a good place to eat and the location for us is 100% the best. Employees are also always friendly and helpful. Will recommend and continue to stay here in the future

The hotel elevator was so slow during peak hour on Friday night, it took us 15mins wait to get from P2 garage to lobby on first floor for check in, then another 10mins wait to go up to our room. We stayed in the room next to the staff/house keeping room. Every time the staff comes in and out and shutting their door, it would sent a vibration and shake our room door as well. We did not sleep well that night.

It was very good I highly recommend it. The bar was beautiful and the whole hotel feels like doesn’t belong to such small city.

Arrived a little late and a very nice hotel across the street was booked so we went across to this hotel. My wife was shocked at the oppulence of the public areas. The room and hallways were of the same quality. Bed and sheets were top notch.

Estaba cerca de los museos, usar el estacionamiento de enfrente es mas barato que el del hotel

The ONLY complaint I have is that there were nothing to stir my coffee with in the room. Everything else was wonderful - from super easy check in that came with a glass of Champaign, to beautiful room and pleasant staff.

al momento de hacer el check in la señorita que me atendió fue muy grosera no me hizo el up grade no me escucho ni lo intento y me dio una mala habitación y soy cliente frecuente del hotel.

Me gusto el hotel , la atencion increible, el buffet exquisito.
