查理的艾爾尼多旅館(Charlie's El Nido Managed by HII)

我真的很喜歡這家酒店。地點優越，遠離市中心，有定時班車前往利奧海灘和愛妮島。一開始我對房間的大小和側窗感到困惑，但酒店本身非常漂亮，綠色環保，最好選擇高於標準的房間，工作人員非常友好。您可以預訂旅遊。

服務很好。可愛的迎賓飲料，但當我們看到房間時，它很小，而且有一股強烈的霉味。我們要求換一個房間，所以他們給我們換了一層樓，這樣更好了。還是小。不會再次預訂相同的房價。樂於助人、彬彬有禮的工作人員和前往市區的免費班車。美麗的游泳池。

Because I had such an amazing experience with Charlie's El Nido last year with their staff and customer service, I decided to return again this year and stay with them. As always, upon getting off the plane, I was well taken care of by the staff of Charlie's, Thank You Kat!!!!. This by far has been the best resort & hotel in El Nido. The entire staff provides the ultimate best service. The food is amazing and delicious as well! You really feel as if you are at home. I love staying there & they all make you feel like you are a part of their family. Having a shuttle & a tricycle service is so convenient & takes away the stress. Aleta, is the best massage therapist ever! Also, The rooms are so clean! Huge shout out to Kat, Nina, Reven, Anthony, JR, Aleta, and Kuya Joseph! Please consider staying at Charlie's when in El Nido, they made my trip so memorable!

Still have some things to work on.. They didn’t started on top when our pre-booked shuttle didn’t showed up at airport. Waited an hour until a security guard at the airport helped us order a tricycle. Some misunderstanding between booking office and the reception was the answer, but they paid for our tricycle. It was a nice and modern hotel. Not a resort for pool relaxing because they only have few sun beds and always occupied. Even towels were few. Always in laundry was the answer. The rooms were tiny and dark. Always humid and moist. All our clothes and even bed linens felt wet. The food was tasty and good. But as in many places the service isn’t very fast. Long waiting times, from order to waiting even if they weren’t crowded. They were really keen on the allergies and made some offer to try to fix things. Even if they had spring rolls med of rice paper on the menu, of course the rice paper were out of stock they didn’t got new for our whole stay. As much others. No Cola Zero. Out of French fries and so on. They’re not quick to clean used glasses around pool area. Our tv didn’t work. They had not a great interest in trying to make it work. Our door lock same thing.. Good thing is the free shuttle to ElNido, LioBeach and the airport. Upon checkout I got the question how the stay was, my hesitation in answer and that it didn’t fulfill my expectations I didn’t got any reaction or questions how they could have done better. Don’t ask the question if you don’t want the answer.

エルニド旅行中に2泊をチャーリーズで過ごしました。部屋は清潔に保たれており、大きなバルコニーからはプールが見えました。入室するとすぐにウェルカムドリンクが運ばれてきたのでバルコニーでリラックスしながらいただきました。 家族4人で宿泊したのでエキストラベッドをリクエストしましたが部屋が十分に広かったため窮屈に感じることはありませんでした。（ただ、エキストラベッドはベッドではなくマットレスだけでしたが…）朝食のビュッフェも満足でした。また、ランチで食べたハンバーガーが美味しかったです。 プールは小さいですが、泳いだりビーチチェアでゆったりするのに十分でした。 タウンやエルニドビーチまでシャトルバスが出ているので、チェクイン時にエントランスの時刻表をチェックすることをおすすめします。他のホテルと比べても、コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと感じました。

The best service I have ever received from a hotel. I’ve never known people to be so genuinely friendly and kind. They made our whole stay a genuine breeze, and had us super sad when we left. It is a testament to how fantastic service can make such a difference. Couldn’t recommend a hotel more!

Siamo stati a Charlie's durante l'ultima settimana delle nostre vacanze e non c'era modo migliore per concludere! La struttura è curata in ogni particolare e lo staff è stato davvero fantastico ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione offre diverse opzioni dolci e salate ed piena di prelibatezze culinarie sia locali che continentali. Io sono vegetariana e sono sempre riuscita ad avere diverse opzioni tra cui scegliere. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante a cena e devo dire che non ci ha mai deluso; le opzioni sono curate e abbondanti ed ovviamente deliziose! Per quanto riguarda i tour, l'hotel si affida alla Spider Travel & Tours. Il primo tour che abbiamo fatto (Tour A) è stato ben organizzato e lo staff è stato coinvolgente e molto ben preparato. Sfortunatamente quando siamo tornati per fare il Tour D, non avevano numero sufficiente e ci hanno così mandato con un'altra agenzia senza dircelo. Lo staff era molto svogliato e non c'è stato modo di avere nessun tipo di interazione con la guida riguardo i posti che abbiamo visitato. Questa è l'unica pecca che posso riportare, in quanto penso che un hotel di questo calibro dovrebbe controllare meglio a chi si affida per i tour, per assicurare un servizio in linea con la qualità dell'hotel. Per concludere, consiglio di cuore di soggiornare da Charlie's se decideste di fermarvi ad El Nido non solo per il posto in se ma anche per il meraviglioso staff che lavora presso questa struttura!
