Terrible experience!! Unfortunately I have to make a review.They may be called View Deck but there's no view in the seaview room. All you can see is the roof of hotels nearby the property.Not for weak knees, not wheelchair friendly,not kids friendly, and not for people with stomach problem.We stayed for 2 nights and kept asking to check our room because we didn't have water in the toilet .We were told they can't bring water upstairs for my husband who happened to have a diarrhea but I saw a staff brought 2 pales next door!! Didnt have a shower since last night and today we left at 10 am and still no shower!! I gave 2 Stars for the free breakfast and they guy who was always there to carry our luggages. Lots of steps than we expected and the railings are unsafe.They have 3 pools exclusive only for the private villas.Wifi is very slow and ac is not cold.It's about 15 mins to the center so I recommend to stay somewhere flat and near the center.

Ich war 3 Wochen in diesem Hotel im Februar 2023 und begeistert. Es ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte kleine Hotelanlage nahe dem Zentrum von El Nido. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber und werden alle 2 Tage gereinigt und beim Frühstück hat man eine sehr gute Auswahl und bekommt eine tolle Qualität. Besonders toll, ist das super freundliche Personal, das einen mit einem Lächeln empfängt und bei Fragen behilflich sind. Ich habe an der Rezeption auch mein Motorrad, den Transfer nach Puerto Princessa sowie alle Tour Pakete von A bis D gebucht und es hat super geklappt. Ich werde nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen und kann dieses Hotel jedem für einen tollen Urlaub in El Nido empfehlen ,

Nous avions pris une chambre avec piscine privé, la chambre été très typique en bambou mais atroce en terme de confort pas insonorisé du tout, impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit car coqs et chiens qui hurlent toute la nuit… Accès à la salle de bain par le balcon (salle de bain vraiment médiocre et pas très propre et qui ne se ferme pas à clé alors que l’accès se fait par l’extérieur, moustiquaire troué également) Par contre le cadre vraiment incroyable, vue à couper le souffle sur notre terrasse vraiment bien dommage que la chambre n’était pas top Préparez vos meilleurs chaussures pour monter a la chambre parce qu’il y a énormément de marche (mais la vue le vaut bien) bien pour 2-3 jours pas +

Location: Near the highway and walking distance to the public market, groceries, establishments, restaurants, etc. Rooms: Quite old already and need renovation. Service: No worries at all. Their staff is helpful and respectful. Breakfast is a plus. Value for Money: Worth it since there's unlimited water supply, free bottled water every day, and free coffee during breakfast. Cleanliness: Good.

Our villa with a private pool truly was something special. Stunning views through the lush greenery, looking out to sea and mountains all around. You couldn't beat it! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast every morning, great location easy walking distance to everything. We would definitely come back :) thank you for making the beginning of our trip so perfect.

What an incredible stay. Yes the stairs up to the rooms are a little hectic to start with but by the end you are well and truly used to them. We stayed in the private villa with a pool and was worth everything, after a day of diving we would jump straight into our pool at relax. The view looking to the mountains and ocean seriously incredible. Rooms are spacious and basic but have everything you need, hard bed and soft pillows made for a very relaxing sleep. We will definitely be returning here. Thanks team for having us ❤️❤️
