We arrived at the hotel after a friend drove us from Oliva, we were greeted by the most rude obnoxious reception staff, it was really shocking. We checked in, came back down a while later where they attempted to check us in again to a 2nd room (for yhe same amount of people) saying we had booked 2 rooms, we hadn't, they had already taken the charge for the 2nd room. They proceeded to blame *********** for the error. The following morning we attempted to speak to the manager. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism and blatant rudeness, I approached him very calmly, asking him to look at the proof we had but he wouldn't, he went on to print out the 2 reservations one we booked on the Friday, and one they had duplicated on the Sunday, he refused to listen or view anything we had and was waving me off dismissively. I realised I was getting nowhere so I walked away, at which point he muttered some rude comment, I just said, the same to you and continued to walk away. The hotel is listed as a 4 star but it isn't. The pool was grubby with bits floating in it. It was run on some days without a pool attendant or poolside hut (listed as a bar) the air conditioning was temperamental and barely worked in the room, was non existent in the lifts which were like smelly ovens, the facilities in the room were 2-3 star basic at best. It wasn't the cleanest but not the worst. The continental breakfast was OK, nothing spectacular but ok for a 3 star. The WiFi, supposedly available thoughout the hotel was not working most of the time, the lifts were out of service frequently. One night i got very little sleep as the lift was clunking all night, we were the first room as you came out of the lift. We notified the staff but nothing was done for several hours. How this hotel has gained a 4 star rating in places us unbelievable as it barely reaches 3 stars and that's being generous. All in all the attitude, lack of amenities and disgustingly rude staff spoiled our holiday completely.

Firstly I'd like to say this place is absolutely stunning and looks like a quaint little village. As we arrived at 2am we were taken to our room and as we opened the door to the balcony ( which was so tiny, you couldn't stand on it) I was staring at wall. We went back down the hill and paid €60 to upgrade to a pool view balcony. The breakfast in the morning was freezing cold, I asked for a fresh egg and she just pointed for me to pick up the cooked ones. The omelettes and eggs were freezing. This place is very hilly and there was no supermarket onsite or even near by to buy drinks. The pool bar was only open 1 day out of our 7 day stay and if you went to get a drink from the restaurant bar you had to chase the staff or wait at least 20 minutes as my husband did twice (not the staffs fault as they were run off their feet) . We caught the bus and train a couple of times which was also essential to get supplies for your room as it was way too hot to wait around for drinks. We were not told when we arrived that the pool bar would be closed and was even given a map and on there it stated it was open from 12 till 12 !!! Our room was amazing and have to say well done to the cleaners who came in every day with clean towels etc !! Overall a lovely holiday which would have had 5 stars 🌟 but let down by obvious management decisions. The staff were very polite and cheerful but obviously more staff needed for this beautiful place to function properly.

除了打開房間門外,煙的氣味在室裏變得難以忍受。我們打電話給負責人(沒有人接待,所有東西都自動化)要求換房間,他拒絕了有人在裏面吸菸,最後他去了住檢查。有一次,他向我們道歉說這是“通風問題 ” , 他不會給我們其他房間,也不會給我們經濟補償,也不會給我們其他選擇。的是,房間裏有一禁止吸菸的信號,但沒有人會去檢查。我們要求申訴表,當時我們拒絕申訴表,因爲沒有在該機構上可用(如果有義務的話 ) , 因此我們必須通知警察來幫我們。由於警方不斷拒絕收集上述文件,並受到法律違規指控的警告,他們還是收集了上述文件。此外,這個地方的價格不符合質量,價格升(€100)是離市中心的偏遠的地方,沒有接待,沒有早餐可能,不聲(我聽着房間和走的一切)和燈光污染(窗沒有住燈,我們幾乎沒能住眼睛)。如果你們在此後還想住的話,祝你們好運。
