米克斯斯瑪特飯店(Mix Smart)

Mallorca Mix Smart Hotel Ich war vor einem Monat dort. Dreckig - Handtücher mit Haaren, Ameisen im Zimmer, schlechter Service, enttäuschend, frühere Abreise da kein Ersatzhotel zeitnah organisiert wurde. Vielen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Ferien. Einmal und nie wieder, die Reiseleitungen sollten ihre Hotels selbst testen...

Hotel a conduzione familiare dal design moderno, le camere sono ben arredate così come i bagni. Il problema sta nella sporcizia. Veniamo informati che le pulizie si effettuano ogni due giorni, e ci può stare, ma le lenzuola trovate macchiate al nostro arrivo non sono state sostituite con la pulizia della camera ma è stato solo rifatto il letto. Polvere ovunque, perfino sopra ai comodini residui di campioni monouso di sapone in doccia risalenti all’ospite precedente, soffione della doccia con residui preistorici di calcare, frigobar (che non raffredda) con all’interno una sorta di muffa/liquido che da chissà quanto tempo era la. Un vero peccato anche perché l’hotel ha una buona posizione, strategica per poter raggiungere diverse mete nell’isola. Viste le condizioni igieniche purtroppo non posso fare altro che sconsigliare il soggiorno.

Proche de la plage et de nombreux petit commerce et de l’arrêt de bus il faut compter 2€ par trajet pour aller à palma par exemple et au environ de 5€ le trajet pour vous rendre à cala pi par exemple. Je déconseille cette hôtel à des familles car s’****nal est très festif avec beaucoup de jeunes allemands qui viennent pour faire la fête donc assez bruyant. Chambre propre et spacieuse manquée juste une bouilloire avec du thé ou du café à mon goût.

Die Unterkunft,war klein und fein. An der Sauberkeit an Türen und Wänden ist nicht schön. (Makeup und Schmieren) der Rest war tadellos sauber . Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand sind zügig zu Fuß erreichbar.

For the price and location, I am really struggling to find faults here. Not sure if its newly built or newly redecorated hotel. I was originally allocated room on the ground floor, but when asked, moved to courtesy room. Breakfast was quite basic, but ok. You have to pay for wifi, but I didn't need that. TV didnt have any English language channels apart from CNN, CBNC and BBCNews. Location was quiet. Dont know if they had pool. Quite far from the beach, if you are into that. Its cleaned every 2 days, which I am not sure you are allowed to do in this COVID world.

Mix Smart (built in 2019) has very modern bedrooms with a great balcony. It is set in a cul-de-sac so is in a nice quiet location. Rooms are quite small but have great flatscreen TV, air con, shower, hair dryer and comfortable beds. Our balcony looked onto the street and the marina and beach are about 5 minute walk down a slight hill. We were half board, breakfast was great and there was always tasty at evening dinner. Staff are friendly and check in was very good. You have use of the swimming pool at the next door Hotel Mix Alea, where you also eat your meals. Swimming pool was nice and there is a bar there with Pool Table and Futbolin table beside the pool. My 13 year old son and I had a great week stay from July 1-8. Thank you Mix Smart Hotel!

Modern und funktionell, sehr sauber, alles neu, ruhig, Bushaltestelle ( Airport Bus) ca 50m vom Hotel einfernt.Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück fanden wir mittelmässig, Kaffee könnte besser sein. Preisleistung sehr gut!!

Unsecured wifi, other wifi options by payment. No parking. They make you fill out a very strange form which they said is a requirement for the police.
