酒店聲稱有24小時的前台，但凌晨5點打算退房發現前台無人，打數次電話也無人接聽，幸好最後順利退房。不過房間很舒適和乾淨，廁所也是如此。

There are a lot of bedbugs in the hotel. They bit my face, arms and legs. We didn't even notice them during the day. But we couldn't sleep at night. The administrator refused to help us.I do not recommend booking at this hotel!

Super hôtel, bon accueil et super bien placé au centre-ville. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied depuis l’hôtel et nous avons passé un très bon moment à Eindhoven. De plus nous avons été surclassé pour la chambre et nous avons pu bénéficier d’une chambre Super grande, avec une salle de bain magnifique, dommage que le jacuzzi deux personnes était hors service mais sinon c’était très agréable et spacieux.

Nice hotel located in a really nice square. Everything is walkable. Hotel has everything you'd need for a nice stay, and is close to amenities

Small property without onsite breakfast restaurant. A bit far from station. 24 hour reception. Good for late arrival.

Nice tiny hotel. Nice staff and nice position (in 5-10 minutes walk to the city center) with reasonable price. There's little dirt on the blanket and bed sheet, but overall very satisfying stay. Recommend to budget traveller's.
