Fiquei 3 noites aqui e não posso reclamar da hospedagem só do preço alto cobrado.Nao tem uma grande entrada, sim fica ao lado do Mc Donalds e um café toma a frente do hotel. Cheguei tarde com essa recomendação deles e fui muito bem recebido.

Van 15 op 16 april hadden wij een hotelovernachting geboekt. Wij zijn op de ochtend van 15 april om half 11 in het hotel geweest om te kijken of wij al konden inchecken omdat wij naar een festival toe gingen. Dit was helaas nog niet mogelijk. Een invalkracht heeft ons op dat moment geholpen. Hij heeft onze namen opgeschreven en wij konden spullen achterlaten. Het was geen probleem om pas rond 02.00 in de nacht de officiële incheck te doen. Hij heeft dit doorgeven aan zijn collega die na hem een dienst had. Wij zijn naar ons festival vertrokken en kwamen zoals afgesproken rond 02.00 uur weer terug aan in het hotel. De invalkracht was op dat moment weer aan het werk. Hij vertelde ons dat er een probleem was en dat zijn collega hiervoor onze kamer had weggegeven/verkocht aan andere mensen omdat we de 'incheck' hadden gemist. Dit vonden wij heel vreemd omdat wij al in het hotel waren geweest, onze spullen al bij het hotel stonden en wij de gehele dag ook niet zijn gebeld of gemaild om te vragen waar wij waren en waarom we nog niet hadden ingecheckt. Het hotel zat helemaal vol en er was in principe geen kamer voor ons. Een half uur later kwamen er nog 2 festival gangers binnen, ook van hun was de kamer doorverkocht. Na een uur gewacht te hebben in de lobby en de invalkracht alles uit de kast heeft gehaald heeft hij voor ons een kamer gevonden. Hij heeft in de nacht kamers schoongemaakt en alle kamers die 'out of order' waren gecheckt. De kamer was absoluut geen 10 maar we waren blij dat we eindelijk konden slapen na zo een lange dag. Wij vinden het ontzettend onprofessioneel dat dit gebeurd is omdat wij vooraf hebben laten weten dat wij nog kwamen en wij zijn niet gecontacteerd voordat onze kamer is doorverkocht.

Bij aankomst 's nachts was onze kamer nog niet schoongemaakt. Het stonk enorm! De nachthost was zeer vriendelijk, maar kon ons niet helpen. Wel mochten we de kamer zelf schoonmaken! Midden in de nacht, moe, verreist, dan doen we dat maar... De volgende dag kon de receptioniste niks voor ons betekenen. De manager was een week weg, een mailtje sturen en dan zouden we zeker ons geld terug krijgen. We zijn inmiddels een maand verder en de enige die iets teruggemaild heeft is dezelfde receptioniste met hetzelfde verhaal over de manager. Vreselijk mismanagement dit! Boek je hier een kamer, dan weet je niet zeker of die schoon is, en wellicht mag je zelf proberen om de vieze lucht uit de kamer te krijgen. Geld terug? Ho maar! U bent gewaarschuwd!

La posizione e la cordialità dello staff sono sicuramente i punti di forza di questo hotel. Ciononostante, è imperdonabile che la nostra camera non sia stata pulita nemmeno una volta nell'arco di 6 giorni di soggiorno. L'unica volta in cui abbiamo ricevuto degli asciugamani puliti è stata quando siamo andati noi stessi a chiederne. Abbiamo fatto presente alla receptionist che gli addetti alle pulizie non stessero pulendo la nostra camera, e anche se ci è stato detto che si sarebbero assicurati che venisse pulita nei giorni successivi, non è stato così. Inoltre, la camera aveva una finestra che non poteva essere aperta e l'aria condizionata non era delle migliori. L'insonorizzazione era pessima, e si poteva sentire tutto sia da dentro le stanze che da fuori.

Everything was bad. Especially the service!!! Don’t think ever going there. A complete waste of money!!! The room was disgusting!!!!! The worst food in the world!!!!! I would not go again there even if they wil pay me!

Upon our arrival for a much-anticipated weekend getaway, we were met with a shocking sight that quickly dissolved our excitement into a deep sense of regret. It was immediately clear that we had made a grievous mistake choosing this place for our retreat. The negligence started with the omnipresent dirt, not just innocuous dust but layers of grime that spoke of long neglect, clinging to surfaces with a stubbornness that suggested it had never met a cleaning cloth. It pervaded every corner, from the main living space to the sleep areas, transforming what should have been a comfortable escape into a hub of discomfort. Our dismay compounded when we inspected the sheets and towels, essentials that should stand as symbols of hygiene and care. Instead, they were marred with mysterious stains, some faint and others glaringly obvious, their origins a topic none of us dared to explore. It wasn't just an assault on our senses, but a blatant disregard for basic hospitality standards. The bathroom, which should have been a bastion of sanitization, betrayed further abandonment. The toilet seat, a critical amenity, wasn't just loose but broken, threatening to completely detach. It seemed a metaphor for the entire establishment's lack of care and maintenance. However, the final straw was the staff's apathy. Clinging to hope, we reached out to them, our requests polite at first, then tinged with desperation. We didn't demand luxuries but basic, fundamental services that are the backbone of decent accommodation. Their response, or the lack thereof, was a mixture of disinterest and inertia. They offered nothing – no alternative arrangements, no sincere apologies, and certainly no sense of urgency to amend the distressing conditions. This experience wasn't just about encountering a neglected property; it was a stark reminder of how indifference could be the ultimate deal-breaker in hospitality. The staff's unwillingness to acknowledge, let alone address, the issues turned what should have been a relaxing weekend into a cautionary tale that we would be compelled to share with fellow travelers. In an industry where care should be the cornerstone, this was a textbook display of how lackluster management and poor upkeep can irreparably tarnish a guest's experience.

Is typical pub hotel, I can get over the most but messing our boking after we were checked in was bit much. 3:40 am walk in the room by receptionist thinking room was empty while same guy was cheking us in was close call. So no. Price was not bad but if there will bext time I will look for other hotel.

Horrible service, horrible cleaning, small rooms with bad air. They never made the bed or took out the trash , Í onoy got fresh towels 2 times on á 4 night stay. The breakfast was always empty with food even tho it was few people. Not possible to leave your baggasje the lobby aftur checkout
