Можно пользоваться лежаками и зонтиками от отеля. Море великолепное , много рыбок, кораллов. Завтрак очень богатый. На любой вкус. И очень вкусный кофе. Единственный минус это очень плохая звукоизоляция. Шум с улицы и с коридора очень слышен в номере. И не советую брать номера со стороны бассейна. Очень шумно. В остальном очень довольны.

This was an extremely disappointing stay & we ended up checking out early - this is I think the worst review Ive ever given. The photos of the hotel from the sea are very misleading as they make it look like the hotel is quite isolated & bordered by trees - if this was ever the case, the trees are long gone & there is a very noisy beach bar/ hotel next door now. At about 07.00 every morning the digger started outside (I’m not sure if this was linked to Reef Eilat or next door but a heads up that there is building work on going would be good as we specifically booked this place as it is sold as peaceful & idylic). Sadly for us our stay coincided with a huge outdoor party/ rave at the hotel next door, I belive this was something to do with an annual holiday celebration of some sort - again, a warning would have been good at teh time of booking as the pumping music started at approx 08.00 & went on until approx 23.00 every night for about 3 days & nights making it impossible to relax. This is fine if you are one of the many youngsters who have booked to go for a big party but if you’re going for a relaxing peaceful holiday its not so good. Then there is the ‘bar’. This has the grand total of about 5 drinks available on the menu, none of which is white wine, and one was a cocktail. The first time we tried it order a drink, we were told that it was the bar tenders first day & she didnt know how to make the cocktail. The next two times we tried, they were out of rum so couldn’t make the cocktail on the menu & I dont belive the rum was ever replaced during our stay. The opening hours of the bar are 12.00-17.00 so theres not much fo a window to get a drink anyway & there is nowhere you can get a drink in the evening at the hotel so you can sit out & enjoy the sunset for example. The bar staff were all without fail, miserable & they were sat on a stool in the corner on their phone. Or there was generally another stool on the customer side of the bar where another member of staff would often be chatting to the bar person - you were always made to feel like you were interrupting, & that everything was too much trouble. I had to ask 3 times for a table to be cleaned when I went out to sunbathe one afternoon (the first time I was told to go & ask reception & then he proceeded to carry on watching whatever on his phone). The limited hours also means that when the hotel is full of kids who are heading to the rave next door, they all have room parties as there is no bar, or were sat around the pool area with shop bought bottle of booze (which is what we ended up doing) On the first night I called down so I could get a glass of white wine (the room comes with a nice bottle of red but I dont like red) & was told that there is no white wine anywhere in the hotel. A few days later I noticed a bottle in a display case by the entrance only to be told that its there ‘to look nice’. We stayed with our 4 children at the Herbert Samuel Eilat and what can i say it was such an bad experience our trip was completely ruined. The room was dirty and also the bathroom never clean The hotel looks so good in pictures but in real life it was like an very old Hotel The little pool in our room was dirty and it had a lot of insects in it

Nice place, but not « a go to » for me. It’s a nice hôtel but not very luxurious and maintained. The rooms are ok and confortable but you can easily ear people walk in corridors. There were many family at the same floor of us sonwe were awoke very early each day of our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean, spacious and lovely. Pool is beautiful. Breakfasts outstanding. Staff friendly and helpful. As it is about a 7 km ride to downtown, having a car is necessary.

Ziva at the front desk is amazing. I booked a room with a pool. It was room 103. The access to the pool is right of the room but it is not handicapped accessible if you need that. The main pool is. My wife and I are people of size and we found the shower area to be problematic. Unlike many hotels where there is a curtain for the shower, this has a glass door that opens INTO the shower reducing the available space until you close the door. My wife was barely able to close it and I could not close it at all. I tried to do my best to keep the water in but there was a pool of it on the bathroom floor which is a hazard. My wife mentioned it to Ziva because I don't speak Hebrew and she was able to change our room to one that has no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom and is designed to have the water squeegeed into the drain, They even provide the squgee. The breakfast buffet is very nice with an omelet station and if you want to bring food to your room they will give you a box. My wife and I don't travel to Eliat frequently but we would consider staying here again.

PROS: Very clean Very friendly staff Nice location: sea view from the room, quiet an relaxed location far away from all the noise and the crowds of the main hotel area Nice and very clean pool Great breakfast CONS: Parking: small parking lot of only 14 cars of which 3 are handicap spots. There are 3 more spots in front of the main door and if all is full you need to park on a white/blue spot (of which there are plenty) and pay city parking of 25 NIS a day. The beach: they have a pretty large shaded area with beach beds and chairs which is free for the guests but there is no hotel supervision and there are people from other hotels using it and it can get busy. Also there is a kite gliding Center near by and when they are active if you in the water you’re afraid if you get one of those huge kites on your head it will not end well. One afternoon those guys from the kite place decided to have a bbq party under the hotel shaded area and they had a boom box with “music” so loud we had to leave and go to the pool. Nobody from the hotel was there to tell them they are bothering us. Bottom line: we’ll go again. We enjoyed the stay. All the cons above will be nice if they can fix but they were not a deal breaker for us.

Rooms are large, service was great, rooms were clean, location is nice, very close to the Underwater Observatory and Dolphin Reef, on the Red Sea. There is a pool and beach on the property, but wear water shoes in the Red Sea because the beach is rocky (as are most of the beaches in Eilat). We were able to park for free, but the parking lot is small, so if there’s no room bring your parking ticket. The hotel can arrange for 24 hour parking at 20 ILS per day which is still cheap.

Good service. Excellent breakfast. I especially love the room access direct to pool. I was on the side of the hotel with the pool that wrapped around and it felt like a private pool, especially during the day when I was the only one on my side of the hotel using it

I chose this hotel because it was not in the main big hotel area. We really liked the location. It has a small parking lot but if it’s full you can park right next to the hotel, you just have to pay a little each day. Our room was on the ground floor with a sliding door opening right onto the pool area. This was perfect for us and our 6 year old. We could just go straight to the room to get extra things or after we were done. We also had family staying on a different floor and it was nice that they could come and sit with us on our “porch”. The room itself needed a little TLC but it was comfortable, had a coffee machine and complimentary water, a bottle of wine and some fruit. The pool was very clean, and the chairs around it always had fresh towels. There is a snack bar where you can get fresh fruit, drinks and ice cream. The breakfast was quite the spread and very delicious. Even one day when there were a lot of people the food was fresh and plenty of it. And there is direct access to the beach. There are some beach chairs, a diving center and we walked over to the beach bar to have lunch and hang out. What really was impressive was how nice the staff was. They were just always smiling and super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.
