Great place great location really clean

Комфортные апартаменты Хорошие новые чистые апартаменты. Есть парковка под зданием. Удобный заезд-выезд. На кухне есть все необходимое, есть кофеварка, утюг. Из минусов: не очень удобный раскладной диван для сна. В этом же здании есть хороший ресторан и пекарня.

This appartment hotel is not down by the beach, and that'd why we love it. 2nd stay there in 2 years. Very nice rooms, new and design, cleaned spotlessly, we took a small studio with separate bedroom and a cute balcony overlooking the Jordania mountains. The staff on site is super helpful, there is a garage free of charge, the kitchen has a nespresso machine and all what you need to prepare lunch or breakfast there. My only con was that despite we booked clearly for 3 people, they did not set up the bed for our son, a folding sofa in the living room, nothing was done, we called after we checked in, their comment was "we let people set it up on their own, because many guests want to keep the sofar closed ", 1st this was not an option offered to us, they did not ask us, and in any case the sheets and beddings for the sofa were totally missing. Lucky we were than 1 of the house cleaning staffer was still on site, she brought everything and set the 2nd bed. So management, when you fail, accept your mistake, 2nd, you can as in many hotel, get the sofa set, and folded back,but it is abnormal to let paying customers do what they pay you for. Seeing this gap, we might go to a regular hotel for the same money, we could have but chosen the location and the ease to get there and out. Another issue, albeit they send you the codes by email at the time of check in literally, they did not send the code for the garage to building door. Service could be improved so easily, hope they ll do it

It was amazing experience would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

First, we had issues connecting with each other for the pre paperwork things so when we arrived late at night they worked very hard with us to get it all taken care of! I was grateful for them working on it at 10 pm. The place is great! We loved it! The view is wonderful! Everything was clean! Would recommend the place. The surrounding area is not the best though. It’s all under construction so if you want to relax or have a quiet location this is not that yet. There were probably 4 sites of construction very close to it and a halfway demolished house below it. But it’s going to be a nice area when all that’s done! There’s also two food places within walking distances that were very good! We would go back here again!

Great place for families Very nice and clean , a bit small for an apartment but larger than most hotel rooms. Automated check in and out , excellent . There is no shade in the terrace so it is not usable.... The sun in Eilat during the summer is burning hot . Maybe during October to January and march to April it will be relevant. We loved it , and will come again and happy to recommend it .
